Making money in GTA Online can be very easy. Use our tips for beginners and advanced players in 2026. This way you can quickly earn millions of GTA dollars and fill your bank account.
Anyone who plays GTA 5 Online knows the problem: There are many nice things to buy, but unfortunately you don’t have enough GTA$ to call these cars, houses, planes, or weapons your own. If you don’t want to invest real money to get a high in-game currency amount, you should follow the tips and tricks below to make a lot of money in GTA Online.
- On page 1, you will find tips for players who have not yet earned any or only a little money in GTA Online (Good for beginners)
- On page 2, there are tips for million-dollar profits, but they also require equity
We keep this list updated for you and provide updates as soon as there are lucrative methods.
Are you already advanced in GTA Online? On page 2 there are the million-dollar profits. Sometimes you have to invest money for them first, but then you will be richly rewarded. The richest players in GTA Online use these ways to quickly earn a lot of money.
1. Daily Objectives in GTA 5 Online
Every day (between 6 and 7 AM according to our time), you will receive three new daily objectives for your character in GTA 5 Online. Completing these objectives will earn you 30,000 GTA$ and 3,000 RP. If you manage to complete the daily objectives for a week, you will receive 150,000 GTA$. If you succeed in completing the daily objectives for an entire month, you will receive 750,000 $ as a bonus! You need to complete the daily objectives for 30 consecutive days.
But don’t worry, only the days you are online in GTA 5 count – if you can’t play one day (and don’t log in), that does not interrupt the 28 days. You can check how often you have completed the daily objectives in the pause menu under Statistics – Awards – General.
Also, always keep an eye on event weeks, because during those times you can earn double cash and RP.
2. Easy missions – quickly earning money in GTA 5 Online solo
Missions are a good way to quickly earn GTA$ without other players. A significant advantage is if you already own the armored Kuruma. With the help of this bulletproof car, you can easily take out opponents without getting in danger. Learn here, why I always use the armored Kuruma in GTA Online, even though there are better cars.
A job that I particularly like to play alone is “A Job for a Titan” – in this mission, you only need to “clean up” a hangar by taking out all opponents.
Here too, the armored Kuruma is particularly useful, as you can drive in circles and easily catch every opponent. After that, you park a truck and fly the Titan to Trevor’s landing spot (Attention, you should practice landing well beforehand). If there is an event week with double GTA$ or RP for missions, you’ll have a breezy time.
More strong missions for a lot of money: As an alternative to “A Job for a Titan,” the mission “Stress on the Roof” is suitable. Here, you first need to take out a few NPCs in a parking garage and in cars. Afterwards, chase opponents with your car and steal documents from them. Finally, you deliver these at Madrazo’s house. This can be done alone or with multiple players.
For both missions, it is advisable to extend the time to 15 minutes to receive the highest possible payout. Thanks to MeinMMO reader ZCR, who gave us the tip for the mission “Stress on the Roof” here in the comments.
3. Time Trials in GTA Online – 100,000 $ in 2 Minutes
The time trials in GTA Online rotate weekly. You can find them on the world map available to every player. This means that you don’t have to start a game mode for this, but can simply drive the race during your online session.
The time trials change their location when rotating, also altering the route. You can identify the starting point by the purple stopwatch on the map.
The special thing about time trials is that the time limit is relatively tight. If you have an accident on the track, you can start over immediately.
If you succeed in reaching the finish line within the given time, you will receive 100,000 GTA dollars, sometimes even double rewards if bonuses are active. You can earn this sum once a week.
This way, you can easily grab at least 100,000 $ in one to two minutes.
Guides for Time Trials: These races have different names and positions and rotate weekly. Here you will find tips and tricks on how to complete the races. (This list will be updated regularly)

4. The Fleeca Heist brings you cash and an inexpensive, important car
The most GTA$ is brought to you by heists in GTA 5 Online that you can start from your planning room in your house. The catch is that you need reliable teammates for this. If you randomly invite players from an online session of GTA 5, it often happens that they leave the game during the job or otherwise make it difficult for you to earn money.
However, if you have friends who also play GTA 5 Online, then the millionaire thing works much better.
Except for the Cayo Perico Heist, which can be played solo as the first heist in GTA Online.
If you have only one teammate, you can do the Fleeca heist with them. This will also unlock the Kuruma, which will make your life significantly easier in later missions and heists. You can repeat this heist if you don’t have enough teammates for the other heists. In the guide for the Fleeca Heist in GTA 5 Online, we give you tips for this heist.
Keep in mind that starting heists requires a certain fee from you, which varies depending on the heist. We recommend the Fleeca job for beginners because the fee is only 15,000 GTA dollars. You will be rewarded with approximately 143,000 GTA dollars.
5. Delivering cars to Simeon and selling cars
If you need quick money and don’t have time for missions, you can sell stolen cars at “Los Santos Customs”. Depending on the car, you can sometimes get more than 10,000 GTA$ there.
Maybe you remember the car dealership owner Simeon, where the story starts in offline mode. Even in online mode, he regularly sends you messages on your phone with the cars he’s looking for.
If you have found a car from Simeon’s list, it’s best to drive to a “Los Santos Customs” shop and repaint it there. It doesn’t have to look particularly nice; just make sure you don’t spend too much money on the paint job. The business has to be profitable. After that, you will get an S-symbol on your map. There, Simeon is waiting for the car you painted. Bring it there preferably without scratches and dents, because then you will get a considerable amount of money.
Simeon now also has new missions that you can play. There you will steal luxury cars or blow them up. Simeon will give you exact instructions.
6. Quick money in between: Spontaneous events & robbing stores
If you are currently traveling from point A to point B and need some cash in between, then keep an eye out for a store on the minimap. Park your escape vehicle in front of the door, go inside, and aim your weapon at the seller – if you are patient, you can quickly get a few thousand GTA$ there to pay for the equipment for your next mission.
Furthermore, spontaneous events regularly take place in various online sessions. There, you have to cover the longest distance without damaging your vehicle or kill the most players – all within a limited time. If you land in one of the top spots, you will receive GTA$ and RP as a reward.
7. Time Trials for RC Bandito
What are these races? These checkpoint races are driven with the small, remote-controlled RC-Bandito cars.
How do you get an RC-Bandito? First, you need to buy an arena property. Only after you have invested in this property can you buy and upgrade such a remote-controlled car.
What do the races bring? Similar to the time trials for the “big” cars, RC-Bandito races earn you an amount of over 100,000 GTA dollars once a week per race. It’s worth it to participate in both the normal time trial and the RC-Bandito time trial each week. This way you can earn 200,000 GTA dollars in just about 10 minutes of time spent.

8. The Cluckin’ Bell Raid brings you 500,000 $ with no costs
The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid is a mission series from LSPD Officer Vincent Effenburger, consisting of 5 individual missions – four for preparation and the final heist.
Effenburger tasks you with disrupting the operations of a cartel.
You start the mission series by driving to the “V” on the map and talking to the officer. You can find the “V” at the police station in Vespucci.
The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid is particularly worthwhile for GTA newcomers as you don’t need any businesses or similar to start the mission series. For successfully completing it, you will earn 500,000 GTA dollars.
You can play the entire raid solo or get help from up to 3 friends – however, they won’t receive a share of the 500,000 $, but only a small fee.
9. Textile Factory Infiltrations for Solo Players
By purchasing the textile factory, you can complete some of the most lucrative missions ever – the infiltrations. A total of up to 4 repeatable missions are available to you, where you can earn between 250,000 and 350,000 $. These mainly involve data theft, espionage, and sabotage.
The interesting thing is that you can approach these again without costs. Of course, you first need to acquire a textile factory, which depending on the equipment costs between 2,200,000 and 4,500,000 $ – but after that, you can reclaim the spent money in a few hours. The missions are short and can also be completed in co-op, which can increase your profit.
On the next page, we will deal with expensive but lucrative opportunities that allow you to earn a lot of money after a somewhat higher investment.
