When will there be a beta for Chrono Odyssey? The closed beta starts on June 20, 2025, and ends on June 22 (PDT).
On which platforms will the beta be available? The beta will only be available for PC on Steam. Players with Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 will have to wait a bit longer.
How do I sign up for the beta? You can sign up for the beta through the Steam page by clicking “Request Access”. After that, keep your fingers crossed.
Does everyone get access to the beta? No, it is a closed beta. Access is limited and only selected players are invited – about one million interested players are expected to join the servers according to the developers.
How will I know if I’m in? Access will be granted starting June 19 (PDT) and will be expanded throughout the beta period. So you can receive access at any point during the entire duration. If you are accepted, you will receive an email as well as a notification on Steam.
Chrono Odyssey in the Beta – What You Need to Know
Is there a preload? So far, no preload has been officially confirmed. However, since the access will be distributed starting June 19 and the beta will only last for 3 days, it is very likely that a pre-download will be possible.
Can I carry over my progress to release? Unfortunately not. After the beta, all progress will be wiped.
What languages is the beta available in? The beta is available in English, Japanese, Korean, and both traditional and simplified Chinese. The spoken elements can be played in either English or Korean.
What are the system requirements for Chrono Odyssey? To ensure Chrono Odyssey runs smoothly for you, your PC should meet the following requirements:
