- Practice! If you often perform the scans, you quickly get to know which cutouts correspond to which fingerprint.
- First, examine the outer part of the fingerprint for noticeable features
- Special triangles, arcs, etc. stand out easily. Usually, cutouts can be directly recognized when searching along the outside of the fingerprint.
- In most cases, at least 2-3 of the cutouts are recognizable in the outer area of the fingerprints; the others can be found inside.
- Inside, it is often the curved lines – keep an eye out for that.
