Instead, there are now new tasks that you need to complete from Level 71 to 80.
In Pokémon GO, the maximum level in the game was level 50. That was 10 new levels activated in the game.
During the announcement, Niantic explained that the leveling experience has changed. Previously, trainers only had to gather millions of XP to level up in Pokémon GO.
With the overhaul of the levels, every trainer now had to complete tasks and additionally gather XP. Only when both conditions were met did the level-up occur.
Level 41
