In July, the Pokémon GO Fest 2022 will take place over a weekend in Berlin. Finally, it is known where it will be held, what the different tickets cost, and what the event brings for you.
What kind of event is it? The GO Fest 2022 will be divided into various events. In June, there will be a global event that every player can participate in. Later, starting in July, there will be three more events held in Berlin, Seattle (USA), and Sapporo (Japan). Later, in August, a major closing event will take place.
Now we finally know where the event in Berlin will take place, what bonuses it includes, and what content can be unlocked by purchasing tickets.
GO Fest Berlin 2022 – Date, Ticket, Prices, Content, Location
When does it start? The GO Fest 2022 runs from Friday, July 1, to Sunday, July 3, in Berlin.
Where is it taking place? For the GO Fest 2022, Pokémon GO will use the Britzer Garten in Berlin as the location. More information about the location can be found at Britzergarten.de.
How much do tickets cost? The general admission ticket costs you €24.99. However, Niantic is also selling “Early Access Tickets” for the event, which you should pay €32.13. All tickets are limited and only available while supplies last. So don’t wait too long if you want to buy.
What content do tickets bring? In the announcement from May 5, Niantic explains what advantages you get by purchasing a ticket.

- Four different habitats, two of which are exclusive to Berlin – including exclusive collector challenges and selected Pokémon spawns
- Electric Garden: Hisui-Voltobal, Wadribie, Tarnpignon, Eguana, and more Pokémon
- Windy Coast: Barschwa, Perlu, Sodamak, Fleknoil, and more Pokémon
- Vibrant Meadow: Galar-Ponita, Sichlor, Yanma, Vegimak, and more Pokémon
- Melted Rock: Koknodon, Grillmak, Kiesling, Flampion, and more Pokémon
- Up to 6 special trades and reduced stardust costs during the event period – a trading station will be available at the location
- A battle arena where you can compete against other trainers

Buy tickets for GO Fest 2022 in Berlin – Costs
When can you buy the tickets? They have been available since May 5, you can buy them now.
What tickets are available?
- General admission ticket (costs €24.99, including taxes). Allows you entry to the event from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time on the selected event day.
- “Early Access” ticket (costs €32.13, including taxes). Allows early entry to the event from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
Where can you buy the tickets? On Niantic’s event website (via tickets.nianticlabs.com) you can purchase the tickets.
What should you pay attention to? Although the event lasts three days, you can only buy a ticket for one of the event days. The purchased ticket is valid only for the day and only for the event in the Britzer Garten. Tickets for the event are non-refundable.
You can upgrade your tickets
What is this? If you want, you can buy add-ons for your ticket to enhance it. The add-ons are only available if you purchase them together with a ticket. You cannot buy them later.
The bonuses from the add-ons are active during the event period from July 1 to July 3 and are valid only for the event at the corresponding location.
- Raid Enthusiast add-on: Costs €10.06 and provides you with up to 12 additional raid passes from arenas per day, 5,000 additional stardust after a successful raid, 6 additional candies, and 3 additional XL candies for catching Pokémon from Level 5 raids.
- Breeder add-on: Costs €10.06 and provides an egg bonus, making your eggs hatch four times faster (this can’t be combined with similar bonuses). In addition, you receive double XP, double candies, and double stardust for hatching eggs.
