- A single-player game
- A mobile game
- A game called “EFT: Guncyclopedia” that will be released in 2026 as a free-to-play title on Steam
Moreover, the developer emphasized that the mobile game is not a mobile port of the extraction shooter, but its own separate game. He did not reveal what the single-player or mobile game is about exactly. It is still very early, so don’t expect a soon release. The situation is different for the game called “GunCyclopedia”.
A Tarkov game for all weapon enthusiasts and crafting friends
What kind of F2P game is this? EFT: Guncyclopedia is supposed to be a kind of separate free-to-play game where you can model the weapons from Escape from Tarkov to your liking and test them at a shooting range. Every player will have access to all weapons, weapon parts, and attachments, and be able to assemble the weapons according to the model of Escape from Tarkov.
The developers have not yet revealed a specific release plan for EFT: Guncyclopedia, but Nikita introduced the presentation of the game with words that this is also a plan for this year and will be released on Steam.
Additionally, Nikita Buyanov hinted that there could be a virtual reality version of EFT: Guncyclopedia so that you can admire your assembled weapons with all details and animations in VR.
Escape from Tarkov itself had its 1.0 release only in November 2025 and was also released on Steam at the same time. Previously, the extraction shooter had been playable for years in early access via Battlestate Games’ own launcher. And when the full release finally came, someone could finally escape from Tarkov: After 9 years, someone managed to escape from Tarkov for the first time
