Those who secure the most important advantages through subscriptions and battle passes as heavy players often pay more than WoW fans.
In many free-to-play MMORPGs, the premium currency is often linked in some form with trading, crafting, or armor upgrades. This is not only pay-to-win but also attracts masses of bots to the servers that cannot be sustained without a purchase price and mandatory subscription.
