The anime MMORPG Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is launching soon and has reached 3 million registrations. To celebrate, there is free loot, but only under one condition.
What is this MMORPG? Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is the new version of the former MMORPG Blue Protocol. The anime game aims to finally come to the West under the new name, promising not only a special art style but also a cozy theme park world with raids, dungeons, world bosses, and social activities.
However, fans of PvP will be disappointed with BP:SR, as the anime MMORPG is entirely without PvP. Instead, the game aims to be particularly challenging on the highest difficulty and thus offers not only content for casual players, even though the focus is on attracting players who lack time for WoW, FFXIV, and Guild Wars 2.

What are the developers celebrating now? Pre-registrations for Blue Protocol: Star Resonance have been ongoing for months. Now the developers have announced that a total of 3 million players have pre-registered for the game across all platforms to participate in the launch on October 9, 2025.
To celebrate, the developers are giving each player 125,000 Luno (in-game currency similar to gold in WoW), 2 random chests, 480 Rose Orbs (real money currency), and 2 vouchers for changing appearance afterwards. If the player count rises to 5,000,000 players, there will also be a puppy as a pet for everyone.
To receive the rewards, players must pre-register for the MMORPG on playbpsr.com. This can also be done, fitting for an anime MMORPG, not only through the usual logins via email, Google, and Apple, but also by signing up with Crunchyroll.
What other free items are available? Those who register before the release can grab additional bonuses. Currently, there is a giveaway where you can win Rose Orbs, Luno, cooking materials, dyes, and prizes like a gaming mouse, a chair, and a controller.
To receive the items, you must complete some tasks, such as following Blue Protocol: Star Resonance’s social media accounts or inviting friends to the game.
On the official Discord server of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, there are also recurring events to obtain free items. Players can already join a guild now to receive rewards for it later in the game.
The developers of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance are ensuring that their bonuses, along with high registration numbers, also mean that fewer people will need to create an account at launch, which should relieve the servers.
