The Republic of San Magnolia announces month after month that the ongoing war against the Empire has not claimed any victims, but that is just propaganda. Because while Commander Lena safely commands her troops on the battlefield, there are humans in the battle robots, namely the residents of the 86th District, who have been ostracized by society. For the other districts, they are not even considered human.
While most commanders simply send their units to their deaths, Lena tries to keep her people alive while ensuring that their existence is recognized – something that meets with much resistance.
What makes 86: Eighty Six so special? 86 offers an extremely solid mix of exciting action, great characters, and enough drama to keep you interested in the next episode. The series not only shows a dark dystopia of the world but often also what it does to people who are forced into service in the war against their will and how their personalities change.
