Joffrey is arguably one of the most unpopular characters from Game of Thrones, or even from series in general. And for good reason. He is spoiled, arrogant, and cruel. Just Joffrey.
Even as a king, he was quite terrible. What can you expect when you give a malicious teenager practically unlimited power? He tortured his subjects and of course his fiancée Sansa purely for his own enjoyment. Furthermore, he had Ned Stark beheaded on a whim, which promptly triggered a devastating war.
All in all, Joffrey’s reign brought nothing good but a lot of bad. A deserving fourth place for this list.
