In Crimson Desert there are some hidden features. However, one was so well hidden that a player only found it after 270 hours, but you have it much easier now.
What is this detail? In Crimson Desert, there are countless interesting places and puzzles to discover. While the unsolved puzzles and fast travel points can be identified on the map by large question marks, this was much harder for caves.
Thus, a player on Reddit only found out after 270 hours that one can check the journal to see which caves have been found and which have been completed. Especially with the many similarly appearing waterfalls in Crimson Desert, one could quickly lose track.
In the journal, only white and gray dots indicated the status of the cave. The feature was therefore quite hidden. The developers seemed to think so too, because it is much better now.
On Rokade’s back, you get to the next cave faster:

What have the developers improved? The detour through the various menus just to see whether you have already seen the inside of a cave or just passed by is a thing of the past.
As part of the patches for Crimson Desert, the developers have made the detour through the journal unnecessary. Since the patch, a checkmark on the cave symbols on the map directly indicates whether you have already been in a cave.
If you zoom in on a cave now, you can immediately see at first glance whether the visit is still worthwhile or if you only find empty crates.
To complete Crimson Desert, you need many hundreds of hours. One feature is well hidden and can be found not behind a question mark, but in an oasis in the namesake desert: Crimson Desert has cute cats and also Capybara, and those who follow them will be rewarded
