The offering from Amazon Prime Video is gaining momentum and has recently attracted attention especially with The Boys and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Now there is a new series that puts much of that in the shade: The Gryphon.
What kind of series is this? “The Gryphon” is a fantasy series produced in Germany. The first season consists of six episodes, directed by Sebastian Marka and Max Zähle based on an idea by Erol Yesilkaya.
Since May you can stream it on Amazon Prime Video. All six episodes have a duration of about one hour.
The series is based on the novel of the same name from 1989 by Heike and Wolfgang Hohlbein. It tells the story of three friends who discover a dangerous and fantastic world called “The Black Tower”, where a fearsome gryphon reigns.
The 16-year-old protagonist Mark (Jeremias Meyer) is the only one who can defeat the gryphon – but he does not see himself as a hero and does not want to be one. However, after someone is kidnapped into the world of the gryphon, he must venture into the world of the Black Tower.

What kind of game is Celeste? Actually, Celeste is tied with Shadow of the Colossus in terms of score, but I wanted to give the indie title the front row. Celeste is a 2D jump & run with beautiful pixel graphics. You play as Madeline, who wants to climb a mountain.
In classic genre fashion, you jump through levels that are all quite challenging and reminiscent of Super Meat Boy. However, the game is never frustrating because the controls are simple yet precise, so you never feel like you are losing control. If you want even more challenge, there are optional B-side chapters.
Unusual for the genre is the story in Celeste. It also addresses difficult topics such as depression and feelings of inadequacy. The tone is accompanied by a very good soundtrack.
The ending, without wanting to spoil, is a positive experience.

Who is writing here? Dariusz Müller is a big fan of competitive shooters and has been logging hours in games like Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, or Overwatch. Accordingly, he also approaches the purchase of his hardware and acquires products that are more suitable for shooters rather than for MMOs or story-based games.
What can you expect here? This is an experience report. I am not a hardware expert and cannot make statements about the switches, sensors, or other components. My focus is on aspects that an average player without industrial knowledge can assess. Why did I choose the Lamzu Altantis Mini?
The Lamzu Atlantis Mini weighs 49 grams according to the manufacturer, which is about as much as two Knoppers – one Knoppers weighs 25 grams. It cost me 109.99 euros and is supposed to replace my Logitech G Pro Wireless in the future.
I was mostly satisfied with my Logitech. Sometimes the software annoyed me a bit, but the hardware did its job. Now I wanted a mouse that is even better suited for my hands – they are quite small.
The Lamzu Atlantis Mini is slightly smaller in all dimensions compared to the G Pro Wireless. Also, at 49 grams, it is lighter – the G Pro Wireless weighs around 80g, while the successor is only 63g.

Light mouse for small hands
The shape of the Lamzu Atlantis Mini and its reduced size compared to my old Logitech mouse allow me to grip the mouse better. It fits significantly better in my hand and lets me maneuver more accurately with the mouse.
In my currently most-played shooter Rainbow Six: Siege, I initially noticed only a minimal difference, but various exercises in aim trainers like AimLab confirmed this impression. I switched multiple times between the mice and was generally able to hit more targets within the given time with the Lamzu Atlantis Mini.
Additionally, I was quicker on the targets than with the Logitech G Pro Wireless. I suspect the reason for this is the lower weight. When I switched from the lighter Lamzu to the Logitech, playing with the Logitech mouse felt like trudging through deep snow in boots.
The movements felt clumsier. It seemed like I had to exert more force for a movement, and I was surprised at how noticeably I felt a seemingly slight difference of about 30 grams.
Furthermore, I can reach the thumb buttons better on the Lamzu Altantis Mini. With the Logitech mouse, the front button was not easily reachable for me.
The disadvantages of the Lamzu Atlantis Mini
I have identified three more or less minor disadvantages for me regarding the Lamzu Atlantis Mini. These include the price and availability in Europe, a detail in the shape of the mouse, and the USB-C connection.
Criticism for availability and price
The availability of the Lamzu Atlantis Mini is currently very limited in Europe, especially in Germany. The official German partner of the manufacturer, an online shop named Dornfinger, currently does not have the mouse in stock (as of June 9). The Swedish retailer MaxGaming has also sold out of the black version of the mouse.
Moreover, there is a significant price difference depending on where you purchase the mouse. On the manufacturer’s website, the Lamzu Atlantis Mini costs only $89.99 – about 84 euros. Shipping costs are additional. At European distribution partners, the mouse costs 109.99 euros plus shipping. I find a surcharge of 20 euros unjustified.
A silver lining for you, however, might be that shortly after my order at MaxGaming, the mouse costs only 99.99 euros. This is extremely frustrating for me, but for you, the mouse would now be 10 € cheaper.
Possible Design Weaknesses
The Lamzu Atlantis is curved inward on both the left and right sides, one could almost say the mouse is tapered. This feels good to me on the left side, but initially bothered me on the right.
Due to the curvature, I had to shift my little finger, which rests on the edge of the mouse, further inward. This initially felt very unnatural and uncomfortable, but I got used to the change after just a few days.
However, in my opinion, the absence of thumb buttons on the right side is definitely a negative point – these would allow left-handers to use the mouse. This would theoretically be possible since the mouse is symmetrically shaped except for the thumb buttons. The manufacturer probably sacrificed a few grams of additional weight here, effectively excluding left-handers.
Terrible USB-C Connection
Theoretically, the USB-C connection of the mouse is good and causes no problems. However, practically, Lamzu continues a trend of some manufacturers that I find really terrible: Only the included cable from Lamzu fits.
Lamzu does this through a kind of tunnel that the plug runs through when you connect it to the mouse. This means that the cables of my controller, my smartphone, and other hardware are all unusable for the mouse. They simply do not fit… And that in an age when all of us, really everyone, has numerous matching cables lying around the house.
For which hands is the mouse suitable?
In my opinion, the Lamzu Atlantis Mini is more suitable for small to medium-sized hands. Players with large hands can opt for the regular Lamzu Atlantis. It has the same shape but is a few millimeters larger. However, it also weighs a few grams more than the Mini.
I cannot recommend the mouse to left-handers due to the absence of thumb buttons on the right side.
Another factor is the way you grip your mouse. There are three different grip types: the palm grip, the claw grip, and the fingertip grip. The Lamzu Atlantis claims to be ideal for “claw grip” players.
I personally play a variation of the claw grip and therefore get along well with the shape of the mouse. If you play a different grip type, you may find the shape of the mouse significantly less appealing.
In my opinion, the Lamzu Altantis Mini is worth the money. It feels really good in my hand and improves my overall gaming experience – that is the most important thing for me personally. The smaller size and lower weight compared to the Logitech mouse also make a noticeable difference.
The mouse’s software also works and is pleasantly minimalist. It is straightforward and does what it is supposed to do – nothing more.
Overall, the mouse seems well-made to me, has no gaps, unevenness, or creaky plastic, yet I would find a new price of 80-90 euros more appropriate. Nearly 100 to 110 euros for European customers is too much for me.
Although I am generally satisfied with the mouse, I would not recommend it to everyone. Someone who casually plays a few PvE titles in the evening does not need a mouse for around 100 euros: And an MMO player probably requires more than just two thumb buttons, but is willing to compromise on a higher weight.
For me, various factors come together as to why I wanted to buy the mouse:
I play competitive shooters and am interested in their eSports.
I also have small hands – this greatly limits my selection.
Additionally, my general interest in trying out new peripherals such as mice, keyboards, and headphones and forming my own opinion plays a role.
If these points do not apply to you, you can save your money and invest it better.

During the regularly occurring Hell Tides in Diablo 4, there are rare chests for 175 Anomalous Ember, which usually contain more loot than others in the area. Players have now compiled all known locations.

Reasons why the chests are worth it: The most important reason why the chests are worth it is Tormented Souls. You will need this material frequently for crafting later and it is only found in Hell Tides. The Tormented Gifts of Secrets drop multiple of them.
In addition, the Gifts of Secrets usually contain more Legendaries than the regular ones. While you often find only one there, the Mystery Chests usually drop between 3-5 Legendaries. This is worthwhile, especially if you:
don’t need a specific slot, but are just gearing up
or are on the hunt for good aspects
Since you can remove legendary powers from almost all items and transfer them to others, you don’t necessarily have to look for a specific equipment slot. With more Legendaries, you also get more of the important crafting materials, in case you don’t need the aspects.

175 Chests: Tormented Gifts in Hell Tides – How to Get Anomalous Ember
If you want to open the chests, you need a lot of Anomalous Ember. You can get this from all enemies in an area, but there are a few tricks you should keep in mind:
look for areas with many enemies, especially with builds focused on area damage
set out in a group to pull and defeat more enemies at once
events are a good source for ember, especially if many enemies spawn in waves there. The chest at the end also grants ember
elite enemies usually drop more ember
ignore the boss at level 70+. He just takes a long time, but drops almost nothing

The core of the build consists of some items that most of you would probably ignore. They are very specific and bring, outside of exactly these builds, rather nothing. The items include:
Needleworm Aspect (weapon) – Causes thorn damage around you, the most important weapon for this build, Rob says.
Aspect of Inner Peace (weapon) – Makes you stronger when you stand still. The build virtually forces you to stand AFK.
Blade Plate (chest) – A unique item that has no stats except armor and thorns. Something that most players are rather annoyed about dropping.
Rob isn’t quite done building yet, as he says himself. He first needs to check what useful stats can be present on the pieces. He didn’t quite expect it to work this well.

In Diablo 4 you can improve your healing potion with resources that you can find in the open world of Sanctuary. However, one material gives players a headache, and that is the crushed beast bones. We will show you where to find them and how to improve your potion.
Where can I find crushed beast bones? Crushed beast bones are found when killing beasts, animals, and creature enemies (e.g., werewolves). Despite its magical rarity, this material is rarely obtained.
The best way to get this resource is in the area north of Kyovashad.
According to YouTuber Kibbles Gaming, there is a waypoint called Inn of the Fat Goose. Activate this and then wander through the grassy plains inhabited by spiders and animals. The “Pinnacle Boss” even overwhelms the greatest experts of Diablo 4
How did Ben_ achieve the kill? The expert relied on one of the currently strongest builds: the Whirlwind Barbarian. This build is currently in the tier list with the best builds in Diablo 4 categorized as S-tier.
The build is based on the Barbarian spinning around enemies in his iconic whirlwind for as long as possible and simply chopping them down. In doing so, he makes them vulnerable, deals more damage, and causes them to bleed. With the damage, he even heals himself. Ben_ shows the exact build on Twitch.
Whirlwind Barbarians have been around for ages in Diablo, and this build is one of the most well-known in the series.
What makes the boss so difficult? The “Pinnacle Boss” has a ton of mechanics that could also appear in an MMORPG boss fight for 20 players. He covers the entire area with attacks, summons minions, and disappears in some phases repeatedly.
The damage is so high that, depending on your build, you may just be taken out with one hit. Many experts fail against this boss and decide even to flee after 24 minutes rather than risk their characters.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an action role-playing game developed by Monolith Productions, released on October 10, 2017, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam and the Windows Store.
Shadow of War is the sequel to “Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor” and, like its predecessor, is based on the universe of J.R.R. Tolkien and takes place in the land of Middle-earth.
The storyline of the game is set between the events of Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings.”
In Shadow of War, you take on the role of Talion, a man with supernatural abilities, and you confront the power of Sauron.

What happens in the commercial? Brian saves his companion Thrak in a fight with the words “Not today, Thrak,” to which Thrak thanks him with long-standing loyalty. The special thing about the commercial is that the video tells the story in reverse. The audience first sees Brian as an old man lying in a hospital bed, and a doctor wanting to turn off his life support machines. Then Thrak comes into the scene, grabs the doctor, and throws him out of the picture.

Why is the commercial so cool? The commercial showcases one of the fundamental gameplay aspects of Middle-earth: Shadow of War with the Nemesis system and tells the story of Brian and Thrak in the process – a balancing act that the marketing team has managed to pull off. In Diablo 4 there are certain items that can only be found rarely. Two of these items have so far been discovered by only a few players, which has led to discussions in the community.

What’s the deal with the “Uniques”? These unique items (“Uniques”) resemble the legendary items (“Legendarys”). They have special properties like legendaries, which cannot be transferred to other items.
One of the uniques is the helmet “Harlequin Crest”, which was very powerful in Diablo 2 and is referred to as “Shako” by the community. The coveted helmet gives you 4 ranks for each ability. Additionally, it increases your health by 1,000 points, grants you damage reduction, and reduces cooldowns.
The second rare item that hardly any player has found so far is the “Grandfather.” It is a two-handed sword that gives you a boost to your health, your damage, and your abilities (via Ginx).
How do you get the items? You receive them when you defeat certain bosses in Diablo 4 at World Tier 3. However, this is only possible from level 50, and you also need to complete a specific dungeon to increase the world tier.

On the Subreddit of Diablo 4, u/Then-Lock-5964 notes: “People who complain about low drop rates for rare uniques will kill the game” and adds a comparison with farming items in Diablo 2:
If the developers listen to them and increase the drop rates for items like Grandfather and Shako (Harlequin Crest), the D2 aspect of farming for cool items will be destroyed, and people who want to spend more hours in the game will have no further incentives to keep playing.
There’s a reason why D2 lasted so long; a big part of that was the extremely rare items. Please understand, it’s okay if you as a player do NOT get EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the game on a silver platter. Damn it!

The Korean Pokémon Association has permanently banned the 4 finalists of the South Korean “Pokémon Trainers Cup”. This also means that the players lose their ticket to participate in the World Championship, that is, the Pokémon World Championship.
