How to Earn Millions of Dollars in GTA 5 Online

If you want to earn a lot of money at once in GTA 5 Online, you can do so as the leader of a motorcycle club, as a CEO, or through heists.

In most cases, you eventually sell the contents of your warehouse and cash in a lot of money. You can even make these sales in closed sessions or friend sessions now. However, you earn the most money when you sell in public lobbies with many opponents.

10. Complete Lucrative Heists – Cayo Perico and Casino

Heists are popular among players in GTA Online. You have one or more clear objectives in mind and work through these in preparation missions. Finally, you play the big finale and stuff several million dollars into your pockets.

Do these heists: Especially the Cayo Perico heist and the casino heist are highly recommended. They have the highest payouts in the game and can make you rich quickly. However, they are aimed at experienced players who are accustomed to handling weapons and armor in GTA Online.

Cayo Perico: The Cayo Perico heist is the most lucrative and only requires a $25,000 start fee. However, this is not something we can offer to beginners, as it requires a lot of skill and experience in GTA Online. If you lack that, the heist becomes frustrating quickly, and the money won’t come in.

If you successfully complete the heist, you can earn up to $4,570,600 in rewards, depending on how many secondary objectives you complete. It is the most lucrative heist in GTA Online.

Casino: The casino heist is often the target of bonus weeks in GTA Online. The developers regularly bring diamonds as loot to the casino. You should hurry and complete the heist as often as possible. A vault full of diamonds can bring you about 3.6 million GTA dollars in GTA Online.

11. Collect and Sell Crates as a CEO

If you want to start as a CEO in GTA 5 Online, you first need to buy an office for this purpose. These come in different price categories, where only the furnishings or location change. It does not affect your business if you buy a cheap office. The cheapest offices cost around 1 million GTA dollars.

Your plan with this method is: Order crates from the office, then acquire them and store them for later profitable sale. Therefore, the next thing you buy is a warehouse. These come in various sizes from “Small” to “Large.”

A large warehouse is more worthwhile because the value increases further depending on the number of crates present. In our CEO guide, we go into more detail on this subject and explain how you can earn money with it.

Once you have an office and a warehouse, you can begin your CEO work. In your office or in the new Terrorbyte vehicle, request crates, which you then collect and bring into the warehouse. You ideally do this until your warehouse is full. Then you select the option to sell the goods on the PC in the warehouse.

Depending on the size of the goods to be sold, cars or boats will appear, which you need to take to a destination. Here, several players are advantageous to protect you during the mission. The best scenario is a lobby without other opponents, so your money isn’t at risk. Other players in a lobby can destroy your cargo.

If you sell goods from a fully filled large warehouse, you receive about 2.3 million GTA$ for it (with 111 crates). However, to fill the warehouse, you will need to play for several hours.

12. Sell Cars as CEO – Import/Export Vehicle Trade

If you don’t want to buy crates, you can acquire cars through vehicle trade. For this, you need a vehicle warehouse/garage. On the computer in your office or in the Terrorbyte, you then select vehicle trade instead of material procurement.

Then select the option “Acquire Vehicle.”

You will then be assigned a vehicle of low, medium, or high sales value. Drive to its location and bring it to your warehouse. Just make sure you don’t damage the car too much, as you will have to pay for the repair costs.

Now you can go to your vehicle warehouse’s computer and upgrade and sell a stolen car. There’s a trick:

Collect standard and mid-range cars and do not sell these. Once you have all standard and mid-range cars in your warehouse, you will only be assigned upper-class vehicles. The game doesn’t want to assign you the same car twice. This maximizes your profit from vehicle trading, as you will then only sell high-end cars.

When selling, caution is advised. You must drive the upgraded car to the buyer. Often there are attacks from opponents on the way there. Handle these quickly or evade them. Otherwise, you can easily lose several thousand dollars in profits due to the damage they cause to your car.

Upper-class vehicles provide a commission of 100,000 GTA$.

Tip: If you own a Cargobob helicopter, you can easily transport the cars from A to B. This could make your sales even easier.

13. Bunker Missions as CEO

With a bunker in GTA 5 Online, you can research weapon upgrades and sell products that your staff produces. First, you need to buy a bunker, which can cost between 1,165,000 and 2,375,000 GTA dollars.

Similar to the motorcycle club, you first need to acquire the products. Go to your bunker at the laptop.

There, you can choose to buy or steal products. To maximize profit, it’s advisable to always steal the goods.

If you select “Buy Supplies,” you will have to pay for it and will receive your delivery within the next ten to fifteen minutes. When stealing, a mission will start that sends you across the map of GTA 5 Online.

After that, you bring the stolen goods to your bunker to supply your hired staff with supplies. Their work then continues passively. As long as you are in a public session as CEO, they work for you with the available supplies. When the supplies are depleted, work pauses until you acquire new materials.

You can find the current selling price of your products at the laptop in the bunker. If you think your workers have produced enough and a sale is worthwhile, click on “Sell Goods” and start the selling mission.

But beware when selling: Other players in a session can ambush you and destroy your products. It’s best to use an empty session for this or take enough other players as bodyguards.

Selling the products of a filled bunker earns you just over a million GTA$.

14. Motorcycle Club – Sell Illegal Goods

To become the boss of a motorcycle club, you first need to buy a clubhouse. Depending on the location, these cost 200,000 – 495,000 GTA dollars.

From there, you can then expand your business and buy buildings like cocaine labs or hemp farms. The prices of these buildings also depend on the location and range from 650,000 – 1,852,500 GTA dollars.

The process of making money works like in the bunker: you acquire the supplies, your staff processes the products for you, and then you can sell them.

Again, the more products you produce, the higher the selling price. If you decide to sell the product on the other side of the map, there’s a risk bonus. After all, the chance increases that you will be attacked by other players on the way and they will destroy your cargo.

We advise solo players to sell their products when two product bars are filled. The more bars are filled, the more products you have to deliver within the given time. This means with a full warehouse, you’ll have to drive three slow trucks from one side of the map to the other. Doing this alone is often difficult or impossible.

A cocaine lab is a good source of income. Your NPC employees need about six hours to fill it. Then you sell the goods for over 300,000 GTA dollars.

15. Hangar Missions as CEO

As a CEO, you can now also buy a hangar. A hangar costs between 1,200,000 and 3,250,000 GTA dollars. For example, it gives you access to Fort Zancudo Airport.

To earn money with the hangar, you follow a similar principle as with the CEO job, where you acquire crates.

You are free to choose which products you want to acquire. From drugs to counterfeit goods, there’s a lot to steal. Depending on the mission, you will have a specific target.

• Perform special stunts and then pick up your goods
• Steal goods with a helicopter
• Protect other planes as a bodyguard, etc.

With the “San Andreas Mercenaries” update, land missions were also added to the hangar, allowing you to acquire goods without being in an aircraft. These procurement missions are often noticeably faster than the old air cargo missions.

Moreover, there’s now the option to sell the hangar goods on land as well. These selling missions are also suitable for solo players.

You then bring the goods back to your hangar, which also serves as a warehouse. Again, the rule applies: once you have collected enough goods, you can start a sales mission and deliver the products to the buyers. There are bonus payments if you collect and then sell a lot of cargo of the same type (such as drugs).

For selling 50 crates of drugs, you can earn almost 2.55 million GTA dollars.

16. The Nightclub Steadily Fills Your Account

Since the “After Hours” DLC, you can own a nightclub in GTA Online – and it actually counts as one of the best and most important sources of income. A nightclub costs you between 1,080,000 and 1,645,000 GTA dollars and allows you to earn money in two ways:

• You can hire technicians who produce goods for you. To do this, you assign the technicians to a business that you already own. For example, you produce hunting equipment if you assign a technician to your bunker. You can have up to 5 technicians. The amount of income depends on the amount of goods sold and the type of goods.
• You can generate passive income through the daily earnings of your club. The amount of income depends on the popularity of your club.

In addition to the purchase price, you can also spend money on optional upgrades. These cost:

• Storage for goods: up to 1,702,550 $
• Equipment for technicians: 1,450,000 $ – increases the productivity of the technicians
• Staff: 475,000 $ – reduces daily loss of popularity
• Security: 695,000 $ – reduces the likelihood of the nightclub being attacked

How Passive Earnings from the Nightclub Work

The most important source of income for the nightclub is the passive earnings. These depend on the popularity of your establishment. At 95-100 % popularity, you earn 50,000 $ per in-game day, which is every 48 minutes. This money accumulates in the nightclub in a safe that can hold a total of 250,000 $.

You can increase the popularity of your club by completing missions or short events within the nightclub (light blue dots on the minimap). These require you to, for example, throw out an unruly customer or take a drunk VIP to the hospital. Alternatively, you can also change your DJ – that gives your popularity a big boost.

To maximize your nightclub’s potential, you should acquire the staff upgrade for 475,000 $. This slows down the decrease of your popularity significantly. Often, it will be enough to take a VIP to the hospital to bring the popularity back to 100 %. This way, you earn 50,000 $ per 48 minutes continuously, without a lot of effort on your part.

17. Easy Secondary Earnings for Solo Players with the LSD Lab

The LSD lab is exactly what the name suggests: a lab where LSD is produced. You can sell this in the open world on a motorcycle after 3-4 hours. If you deliver the entire stock of the lab, you’ll earn about 350,000 GTA dollars (minus the purchased goods).

The lab is located in a truck, the Brickade 6×6, which can be equipped with a battering ram among other things. To use it as an LSD lab, you should play the “Los Santos Drug Wars” missions from Dax and purchase the lab for $750,000.

You don’t need any additional businesses or vehicles for the LSD lab and can play every sales mission alone – they are designed with a focus on solo players. However, it is advisable to pay $250,000 for the lab upgrade to increase your production speed and the value of your goods.

The best way to make money in GTA Online? In the GTA Online community, it is considered the best method for solo players to resell upper-class cars in vehicle trading.

It’s practical if you also have passive income from the nightclub as well as passive goods generation from the LSD lab or the bunker. You can occasionally restore those between your car transports and sell when you have enough in the warehouse.
