It is quite difficult to categorize Bran on this list. He stands out solely by not belonging to House Targaryen. The main problem is that his reign is only just beginning with the end of Game of Thrones. Therefore, we cannot say how he will actually perform as a king.
Nevertheless, one must credit him for being the first king in the entire history of Westeros to be elected. That alone is a huge advancement compared to the previous hereditary monarchy.
The great hope lies primarily in Bran’s supernatural abilities. As the Three-Eyed Raven, he can look into the past and future. He therefore has an enormous wealth of knowledge at his disposal, which no king on this list can match. It should be possible for Bran to learn from the mistakes of the past and lead the now Six Kingdoms into a good future. However, whether this will actually work in practice is uncertain.
