As PC Gamer points out, this should have made the weapon a “must-pick” for numerous activities, as it was like playing with 2 exotic weapons.
Here’s the special part: As PC Gamer notes, apparently no one in the usually very attentive community noticed that “Long Arm” was much stronger than it was supposed to be.
It’s suspected that this might be due to the fact that arc weapons in general and scout rifles in particular are currently not very popular, and therefore it did not catch anyone’s attention.

6. Strengthen yourselves as well

Blizzard has presented the story of the upcoming Diablo 4 with two videos. Especially fans of the old parts will be pleased, as the latest installment in the series is once again reminiscent of the “darkness” of the past.
