In Diablo 4, the “Goblin March” is back in time for the 3rd anniversary. During the event, you have the chance to take down Treasure Goblins, snag their hefty loot, and grab cosmetics.
What kind of event is this? During the “Goblin March” event, Treasure Goblins roam Sanctuary – and they drop valuable loot bags when you take them down. The Goblin event runs coinciding with the 3rd anniversary of Diablo 4 from June 2 to June 9, 2026. The Treasure Goblins can drop truly strong loot – including the coveted Mythic Uniques.
Goblin Event in Diablo 4: All Rewards
What rewards are there? During the “Goblin March” event, you can secure various rewards. On one hand, the Treasure Goblins drop loot when you take them down.
However, you also receive loot through the “Goblin March” honor board in the Goblin Square in Kyovashad. Each level brings you rewards. Those who reach the highest rank receive the Garb of the Holy Creed as a reward.
Additionally, you can pick up free cosmetics at Tejal’s shop:
- Day 1: Claw of the Blood Raven (cosmetic item: one-handed sword)
- Day 2: King Kanai’s Last Resistance (cosmetic item: shield)
- Day 3: Nangari’s Tailor (cosmetic item: dagger)
- Day 4: Ruler’s Odium (cosmetic item: two-handed axe)
- Day 5: Flame Finger Claws (cosmetic item: glaive)
You have until the end of the event, which is until June 9, 2026, to collect the rewards at the Diablo 4 shop.
During this period, you will also receive increased multiplicative XP through the “Mother’s Blessing” on seasonal and eternal realms.
All Variants of Treasure Goblins in Diablo 4 at a Glance
What are these Treasure Goblins? The various variants of Treasure Goblins that Blizzard introduced during the first “Goblin March” appear less frequently in Sanctuary, but they drop really strong loot.
The following variants exist according to Blizzard:
- Ector the Repugnant (green): Drops various crafting materials and grants you Obsidian when you defeat him at a torment level.
- Golden Baron (yellow): Drops plenty of gold.
- Glittering Prim (light blue): Drops gem fragments, runes, and at torment levels, Underworld tribute, as well as Spread Prisms.
- Murl the Curious (purple): Drops an Obolus bag that remains in your inventory if you reach the maximum number of Oboluses.
- Syrus of Gelatin (blue): Splits into two Goblins upon death, which in turn dissolve into three. If you kill the smallest Goblins, they drop Legendaries, gold, boss mats, and with luck, Elixirs.
- Fedric the Shimmering Elder (purple-pink): Only spawns very rarely. Drops a Mythic Unique and a “Magnificent Spark” for crafting Mythics.
One of the Goblin variants is said to be so rare in Diablo 4 that players claim: No one has ever seen it.
