This is the Pro Club mode in FIFA 20: The probably most intense online experience in FIFA 20 is offered by Pro Clubs. In this mode, heated “11vs.11” matches are possible – meaning you theoretically do not have to rely on AI, as every player on the field can be controlled by a human player.
In reality, however, significantly fewer human players usually populate the field, as you do not always have eleven people ready to play. But even Pro Clubs games with only 3 or 4 FIFA fans per team can provide a cool online experience with friends.
In Pro Clubs, you first create your own “Virtual Pro,” a fantasy player that you improve gradually. You then form a club with your friends and let your Virtual Pros play together.

Tips for More Experience Points in Pro Clubs
How do I further increase my Pro attributes? Once you have allocated all skill points, you can only improve your Pro with experience points, which you earn after each game. How this is calculated is quite complicated.
In general, the better your game rating after a match, the more base XP you receive. These range from 75 (0 rating) to 1,500 (10 rating). If you have a rating of 6.0, you still get 800 experience points. Depending on your position, this XP is distributed to attributes with different weightings.

- Any or no Any? CPU players in Pro Clubs can traditionally be controlled slowly and clumsily, which is why many are reluctant to take on the “Any” role, where you control all the remaining players who are not human players. If you have a good “Any” in your ranks, the game setup usually runs better than without any. However, without a good Any, it is advisable to leave this position open and play matches against opponents without Any.
