Hulk is considered the mightiest hero in the Marvel Universe, but even the green giant can be defeated. Like The Punisher, Deadpool also used a dirty tactic.

Like The Punisher in 1996, Deadpool also stood against the entire Marvel Universe in a four-part series. This time, Deadpool developed an urge to kill all his colleagues after a brainwashing attempt by Psycho-Man failed.
He begins his crazy mission and runs into Hulk in Volume 2, where he literally tears him apart in the air because he had already killed some of his friends. Incorrectly thinking he has disposed of Deadpool, Hulk finds that his healing factor simply puts him back together.
Afterwards, he goes into the cave of a sleeping Bruce Banner and swiftly dispatches him. However, keep in mind that it would likely be different in the normal Marvel Universe. A little fun fact: After this story, Deadpool received more Kill-Stories
. He went on to take on other Deadpools and literary characters like the Little Mermaid or Count Dracula.
