Like Hulk, Wolverine is known for his brutal approach to fights, which is why he has clashed with Hulk more than once. One of his fiercest confrontations likely occurred in the Old Man Logan series by comic legend Mark Millar.
This alternate future is a post-apocalypse where most heroes no longer live, and the USA is just a desert ruled by various villains. Among them is the Hulk Gang, an incestuous family led by Bruce Banner.
In the comic, a fight ensues which he initially seems to win. He eats Wolverine, who then fights his way free from the inside and ultimately takes down Hulk.
