Sometimes you wish the players in World of Warcraft had more brains. Now you can actively do something about it.
In MMORPGs things can get heated, even in World of Warcraft. You might find yourself cursing the tank for having no clue about the dungeon, the healer prefers to deal damage instead of healing, and the DPS players stand in the fire as if it were affordable housing in a big city that you lose due to the landlord’s notice of intent to occupy as soon as you move away from it.
But no matter how poorly things go, you should never let yourself be carried away to insults. On the one hand, they don’t improve a bad experience, and on the other hand, they often provide a reason to be sanctioned with an account penalty.
Therefore, WoW veterans often look for a way to express their discontent a bit more subtly while ensuring the message gets across.
Lord, let brains rain
What trick do the players use? If you’re annoyed by a fellow player again because nothing is going according to plan, you can now use a new method to make it unmistakably clear that you’re not satisfied with the performance or behavior:
You open the trading window and give the other character the item “Human Brain”.
This should clearly indicate that you’re not satisfied with the actions of the other person and that you would wish for a little more thought – having a second brain could help. Maybe the first one got lost or was severely damaged during class selection.
Where can you buy the brain? If you need a small stock of brains to hand out to needy group members, you should travel to the NPC “Klasa” in the Founder’s Point, the housing area of the Alliance. You can find him at coordinates 58 / 62. He sells “Second-hand parts” – or rather, parts from a second head. For 50 gold each, you can buy as many replacement brains as you will need in the future.
Are you now stocking up on replacement brains for your group? And how would you react if someone bartered with you using such a brain? A reason to escalate in the chat, or is it just worth a amused grin?
A real Giga-Brain is also needed to see through that the most famous sight of World of Warcraft is a blatant lie.
