1. Homelander
After he gained access to V1, it becomes clear that Homelander is the most powerful Supe of all time. Until now, no one has really been able to match him; even Soldier Boy needed the help of an enhanced Butcher to hold Homelander back. In single combat, he demonstrated in Season 3 that he is stronger than Soldier Boy.
While Homelander does not have much combat experience, he does not need it. Thanks to his flight ability and lasers, he is quite strong even in ranged combat, and his megalomania seems to make everything worse. However, his fragile psyche is probably his greatest weakness.
Nevertheless, no one seems capable of defeating him alone, and as Season 5 shows, one needs other means to confront this nasty Superman.
