MeinMMO editor Nikolas Hernes presents the 10 best films from the MCU. At number 9 is a film that could also pass as an Avengers movie.
- Release: April 28, 2016
Even though the film is part of the Captain America
series, Civil War is actually an Avengers movie that presents a significant break in the MCU. Previously, the Avengers were a concrete team, and after the film, the name was more often used to refer to bringing all heroes together.
Otherwise, the conflict between Captain America and Iron Man is exciting (even if I always thought Iron Man was in the wrong), and especially the battles are incredibly fun, as beloved heroes fight against each other. One must also highlight the choreography, which is really good, especially in the final fight.
A nice element is also Baron Zemo as the villain, who can hardly be compared to any other antagonist but still manages to defeat the Avengers and bring about the split of the hero team.
