Empyreans are divine beings in human form, shaped by the power and influence of their celestial or demonic creators. While celestial (heavenly) empyreans often act as noble champions in their divine parents’ names, fiendish empyreans pursue selfish goals like their parents, seeking power or ruling over dark realms.
Due to their strength score of 30 and modifiers of +10 on their skill checks and +17 on their saving throws in the attribute, they have similar values as the kraken. They also carry a CR of 23 but offer a greater challenge due to their lack of local limitations compared to the kraken, which is why they surpass them by one place here.
