The blob of annihilation is a cosmic chaotic entity made of the essence of dead gods and drifts through the vastness of the multiverse. It is usually summoned by disasters or dark magic and devours everything in its path – villages, forests, fortresses.
Inside the blob exists a vacuum where nothing survives long, apart from some magical artifacts and divine remnants. Brave treasure hunters risk their lives to recover lost relics from within it – usually in vain, but occasionally with a find of priceless value.
With a strength score of 27, it has a +8 modifier when it comes to its skill and saving throws in the strength attribute. With its CR of 23, a group of 4 players should definitely be at level 20 and either have a lot of experience or reinforcements when facing the blob of annihilation.
