What kind of game is this? SWTOR is a heavily story-focused MMORPG set in the well-known and beloved Star Wars universe. It places a strong emphasis on storytelling and requires moral decisions, which will draw you either to the light side or to the dark side of the Force. The dialogues are fully voiced.
Although the game relies on classic tab-targeting, it tries to implement this in a more modern and dynamic way. Besides the story, the MMORPG also convinces with a good companion system, exciting raids in the endgame, and PvP content.
By the way: In Star Wars: The Old Republic one of the biggest updates in years was released on December 10, 2024. The game now has improved graphics and the names of inactive characters have been removed.
What content does it offer? The MMORPG was released in 2011 and has been constantly expanded ever since. If you start with SWTOR now, you will have hundreds of hours of content ahead of you.
