How do I gain permanent access? You must register on the official Soulframe website by July 13, 2026, at 06:00 AM to unlock permanent access to Soulframe: Preludes.
The Preludes version is basically the current beta version, which I and my colleague Alex have extensively played. Here are our gameplay impressions:

Special online RPG with big ambitions
What do I need to know about Soulframe? The new project from the creators of Warframe was first presented at TennoCon 2022 and is currently in a testing phase during which accesses are regularly distributed. The developers themselves describe Soulframe as a “Free2Play open-world adventure” with a fantasy setting.
The gameplay shown so far reminds – in terms of atmosphere and combat – somewhat of the Souls games from From Software. However, the developers insist that despite the name, there are many more differences than similarities. The world is not as dark, the combat is not as punishing. Soulframe is supposed to be even less hardcore than Warframe.
Due to the multiplayer content and Warframe roots, the MMO term often comes up with this action title. The developers themselves avoid the MMO classification.
