In Fortnite , the developers have announced the rules for the World Cup. The Fortnite World Championship has a prize pool of 30 million US dollars. However, only 6 games will determine who goes home with 3 million $ or who has to settle for a measly 50,000$. This means: Every second will matter.
This is the situation: The World Cup is coming up in a month. For 10 weeks, the best players in the world have struggled through a tough qualification to get a ticket for the mega event in New York.

These are the changes to the heroes: The heroes mainly saw adjustments in talents and balance. There are too many to list them all, but all heroes now play a bit smoother and more pleasantly.
Additionally, almost every career now has its own usefulness and justification for existing, especially in a well-coordinated team. However, even in random groups or alone, any combination can be made to work.
Each hero, however, has also received a new weapon, expanding their range of options. This opens up the potential for new play styles and combinations.

Why are the changes good? For someone who has taken a long break, all the changes feel new. This means that Vermintide 2 now has much more to offer.
For me, especially the daily and weekly challenges are extremely attractive. They motivate me to check in and play every now and then – usually for several rounds, which then turns into one or two hours spent.
The missions are quite entertaining, and most tasks naturally run alongside. They don’t require much attention to solve, but they are good for getting started.
Why is Vermintide 2 so much fun?
This is what makes the game great: Generally, the gameplay of Vermintide 2 is designed for quick rounds and intense action. I enjoy the huge numbers of enemies that need to be dealt with quickly and efficiently to avoid being completely overrun by them.
The minibosses (monsters) and elite enemies provide great variety against the hordes, requiring strategy, especially at higher difficulties, and promoting teamwork – every hero has strengths and weaknesses.
Each hero has strengths, weaknesses, and their role.
The difficulty level can be customized roughly via the sliders for the actual difficulty (strength of the enemies) and further refined in the game itself. Those who carry more grimoires and tomes have a harder time but also receive better loot.
For me, Vermintide 2 also impresses visually. The enemies have a decent level of detail, and the game is just brutal and bloody. Flying body parts and blood-smeared visuals tell me: Yes, this is entertainment for adults.
If 1 against 7 still seems too unfair for the enemies …
This is what I’m really enjoying at the moment: Recently, I’ve started replaying all the old content – namely Bögenhafen and Ubersreik. In the process, I’ve finally leveled all heroes.
I particularly enjoy trying out new classes or builds on Legend and discovering new combinations, strengths, and weaknesses.
Does it really work well alone?
This is how well Vermintide 2 works solo: The most time I spent when I started again was playing solo. This has several advantages:
I can get to know the maps again
I can play what and how I want
Other players don’t interfere with specific goals like achievements or deeds
A major disadvantage is that higher difficulty levels pose a real challenge when playing alone.
Especially monsters are really tough solo on higher difficulty levels.
Is “Legend” also doable solo? It can work, and many players even prefer this way of playing. There are builds for various heroes that are based on the fact that you play solo on the highest difficulty.
I primarily played solo for relaxed rounds. For grinding and effective “endgame”, I joined public groups – which works well even without friends and fixed teams.
In general, I would recommend playing solo in endgame only if you have really become good. Until then, it’s quite feasible to train alone.
This is where the game runs: Vermintide 2 is available for PC, Xbox One, and recently for PS4 as well. There’s still no version for the Switch.

Aurelion Sol
Since the launch of Teamfight Tactics, Aurelion Sol has been one of the strongest champions. He has been nerfed since, but he is still at the top.
Synergies with Aurelion Sol: As a Dragon and Sorcerer, it makes sense to build his team with more champions of this origin. With 6 Sorcerers, Aurelion Sol quickly destroys all enemy units. Morgana is particularly useful as she is also one of the strongest heroes in Teamfight Tactics.
To get the Dragon bonus, you only need one more champion, Shyvana.
In addition to Dragon and Sorcerer, Wild is also a suitable origin. Four of them increase the attack speed of all your champions and thus ensure faster mana generation. Here, Ahri stands out particularly as she is both Wild and Sorcerer.
Thanks to Lulu and Veigar, you already have two Sorcerers from the origin Yordle. You can add a third to give them an evasion chance.

A second Imperial can be quickly found with Darius. That gives Draven 50% of the damage bonus. Three Blademasters are more difficult to get. Aatrox and Fiora are easy to obtain, but Fiora is one of the weakest units.
Alternatively, one can create a Blade of the Ruined King with Spatula + Recurve Bow, which grants another character the class Blademaster.
Useful synergies for Draven are mainly four champions with the origin Wild and six Nobles.
Useful items for Draven: As an AD carry, Draven loves items with direct damage, attack speed, and lifesteal. These include:
Guinsoo’s Rageblade (Needlessly Large Rod and Recurve Bow)
Infinity Edge (B.F. Sword and B.F. Sword)

Morgana is also one of the stronger champions and behaves very similarly to Aurelion Sol.
Synergies with Morgana: Morgana loves the bonus from six Sorcerers and therefore fits perfectly into a team with Aurelion Sol. Here, four champions of the origin Wild can again be added as a supplement.
Additionally, a Demon can be used to steal mana from the opponent. However, the bonus from four or six Demons can be ignored.
Otherwise, here again the Yordle bonus is a useful addition to Veigar and Lulu.
Useful items for Morgana: Morgana benefits even more from AP items than Aurelion Sol. Rabadon’s Deathcap is a must here.
Garen
Garen is not objectively the strongest champion in the game, but he harmonizes extremely well with one item. And that is why he belongs in the list of the best combos.

Useful items for Garen: The item Morellonomicon consists of a Needlessly Large Rod and a Giant’s Belt. Its effect ensures that spells take 5% of the opponent’s maximum health.
Garen’s Spin-to-Win is a spell that hits opponents multiple times and also deals area damage. In Teamfight Tactics, the effects of all items stack, so you can directly stack multiple Morellonomicons on Garen.
Also helpful are items that make Garen more defensive, such as:

New adjustments for the Killer Ghost Face in Dead by Daylight are live. But there are also some improvements!
Ghost Face has been on the hunt in Dead by Daylight for a few weeks now and is killing quite efficiently. However, players and developers have noticed some problems that make the killer too strong or that still do not work properly. Patch 3.0.1 has fixed many of these bugs and made balance changes. We will reveal what has changed for Ghost Face.
What nerfs are there for Ghost Face? Some changes ensure that Ghost Face is now a bit weaker or easier to counter. These include:
Addons that gave a bonus to stalking speed are slightly less effective (on average, you lose 0.25 seconds).
Stalking addons only affect the stalking rate if Ghost Face does not look around a corner.
Ghost Face can now be revealed with a larger area of the survivors’ screen. The area has been increased by 4% of the screen on both sides.
A bug has been fixed that allowed Ghost Face to remain in his ability “Shroud of Night” after being stunned.
