On X, it was revealed that the fourth season will be the last season of the anime. The announcement was made along with the release of the last episode of Season 3. However, it is still unknown when Season 4 will start.
There was almost a year between the first two seasons, and around 15 months between Season 2 and 3. Accordingly, we can assume that Oshi no Ko Season 4 will air in the second quarter of 2027 if the pace is maintained. So expect around May 2027.
The last episode of Season 3 of the anime Oshi no Ko aired on March 25, 2026, on Crunchyroll. Here, there was the Mainstay, Scandal, and Movie Arc. In total, the season consisted of 11 episodes. Season 2 aired from July to October 2024 and included 13 episodes, while Season 1 aired from April to June 2023 and had 11 episodes.
Oshi no Ko provides insight into the fictional, vibrant idol world and combines it with a dark mystery thriller. The sixteen-year-old pop star Ai Hoshino gives birth to twins behind the scenes. Shortly after the birth, she is murdered by a obsessed stalker.
What she did not know until then: The twins are the reincarnation of one of her fans and the doctor who delivered her twins. In their teenage years, the two now seek revenge and venture into the world full of stars.
