The Battlegrounds mode in Hearthstone is becoming Pay2Win and there is a new currency – fans are once again up in arms.

Blizzard is overhauling the game’s monetization and is also targeting the popular game mode ‘Battlegrounds’. And it gets even tougher – there is simultaneously a new premium currency meant to replace real money purchases.
What is the Battlegrounds mode? The Battlegrounds mode is Hearthstone’s ‘auto-battler’ and has become the most popular mode among many fans in recent years. Here, you choose from a number of heroes at the beginning, buy minions, and let them battle semi-automatically against the minions of 7 other players.

The Artillerist is one of four subclasses of the Gunner. While he moves slowly, he deals a lot of burst damage by firing huge projectiles or launching enemies into the air with grenades.
As an Artillerist, you protect yourself with two different shields, allowing you to take a lot of damage. Additionally, you can take a seat in a turret to avoid getting knocked over and become even more resilient.
One problem with the Artillerist is that the damage from two powerful attacks is delayed. You fire them, and the enemy is only hit a few seconds later, meaning they could have moved in that time. Therefore, it is beneficial for an Artillerist to understand the mechanics of bosses well.
In the Tier List by MeinMMO, the Artillerist ranks in the A-area for both PvE and Low Rank PvP. He is well-suited for PvE and Low Rank PvP; however, in High Rank PvP, he is less useful and falls into the C-Tier.

How the Artillerist plays
This is the special ability of the Artillerist: In your identity display at the bottom center of the screen, you gather energy during combat. It is divided into three stages. When the firepower gauge is full, you can place your Artillerist in a turret and enter the barrage mode.

The Best Builds in Endgame
In endgame, you choose, like with most other classes, between two class engravings. Experienced players usually opt for the engraving Firepower Enhancement and advise against Enhanced Barrage. However, there are options for both variants of the Artillerist on how you can play the class. We present them to you.
Class Engraving A: Firepower Enhancement
What does the engraving do? With the class engraving, you focus on the firepower gauge. With each level of the gauge, your crit rate increases. At level 1 of the class engraving, you start with a 15% higher crit probability and can increase this by 5% with each level of the identity gauge. Then you have 25% more crit.
Additionally, you take 20% less damage. However, this number remains constant, regardless of how high you raise the class engraving and the identity gauge.
Which engravings should I use? Since your attacks do not have a bonus as frontal or back attacks, you can use the combat engraving Master of Strikes. This increases your attack damage when you do not attack from the front or back.
To further increase your crit, you can use Adrenaline and later Reckless Blunt Weapon. The latter only, when your crit rate is already over 70%.
Barrier is also worthwhile as an Artillerist. The engraving increases your damage when shielded.
Which collectible cards are important? To further increase your crit rate, you should initially focus on the card set Howling Rocks. It consists of Armel, Seria, Solas, King Thirain, Kharmine, and Delain Armel.
The optimal set is Light of Redemption, but it consists of rare cards. Thus, it becomes expensive later on; however, it’s worth it. The set consists of Shandi, Azena, and Innana, Nineveh, Wei, Balthorr, and Thirain. With a 6-piece set that has 30-part awakening, the cards grant you 8% more Holy Damage and convert all your damage to holy damage.

As an awakening, you use Rocket Salvo. This is essentially your ultimate.
What does the rotation look like?
First, use Energy Field to be protected during your rotation.
The most damage you deal now comes from Rocket Bombardment and Air Strike.
Next, use Napalm Shot, Multi-Rocket Launcher, Flamethrower, and Forward Barrage as fillers.
Once your firepower gauge is filled, you enter barrage mode and use Invincibility and Energy Cannon.
Now, your cooldowns should have expired, and the rotation can begin again.
Class Engraving B: Enhanced Barrage
What does the engraving do? Enhanced Barrage buffs your identity. Once you enter the turret, you deal more damage.
The engraving is slightly weaker than Firepower Enhancement and is much more stat and gear-dependent. Currently, there are hardly any players who use this class engraving.
If someone does, they typically use the following skills:
Summon Turret
Enhanced Shell
Forward Barrage
Flamethrower
Gravity Explosion
Enhanced Shell
Homing Barrage
Air Raid
Forward Barrage
Which engravings should I use? In addition to your class engraving, the combat engraving All-Out Attack is worthwhile. Furthermore, Reckless Blunt Weapon, Adrenaline, and Hit Master are advantageous. Generally, you should play the class engraving with as much crit as possible.
Which collectible cards are important? The collectible cards do not differ from Class Engraving A. Here as well, you use the set Light of Redemption, as the collection increases your crit, which is very important with Enhanced Barrage. The collectible card set consists of Armel, Seria, Solas, King Thirain, Kharmine, and Delain Armel.

Afterwards, you can exit the mode and use normal skills again to fill the gauge once more. Your rotation then starts from the beginning.

When will the update be? The August update will be installed on the live servers of Lost Ark on August 24. This has now been confirmed by the official Twitter account. Thus, the MMORPG continues to adhere to the new Wednesday as patch day.

Your own ranch and cookie factory
What is the pet ranch? With the ranch for your companions, your own island expands with another aspect. There you can not only let your creatures play and relax with each other but also unlock tangible and gameplay-relevant bonuses.
This mainly happens by elevating your pets to legendary status with the ranch. This gives them a larger inventory and additional buffs that enhance your character. However, before that, your pet needs to earn experience, which also takes place in the ranch.
To unlock it, you must upgrade your fortress to level 15 and then accept the quest “Yay, a Companion Ranch” from your estate manager. After that, you can get started.
How does the ranch work? Your companion ranch is fundamentally divided into two different aspects serving different purposes. On one hand, you have a leisure facility for your creatures. There they play and recover to strengthen their morale.
On the other hand, there is the cookie factory. In this, your companions work and produce delicious jelly cookies, which depletes their morale. When a companion’s morale is exhausted, they can no longer produce jelly cookies and must return to the playground.
These cookies then serve as a new currency in Lost Ark, which you can use to obtain new and exclusive items and even strengthen your pets.

How can you improve pets? The longer your pets work in the cookie factory, the more skills they learn. They level themselves from rare to epic to legendary. Furthermore, your companions can produce more cookies the higher their skills are.
When a pet reaches the maximum skill level, you can upgrade it to a legendary companion. To do this, you must feed it companion growth tokens, which you can get for jelly cookies from the respective vendor.
Legendary pets enhance your character
What do legendary pets bring? The new legendary pets provide you with various advantages that are useful on your journeys through Arkesia. On one hand, you unlock the ability to purchase the third inventory page of your pet’s inventory as soon as the animal reaches legendary status.
On the other hand, it can receive an additional combat buff, in addition to the two that an epic pet can already use. However, this third ability works a bit differently and is not permanently active like the other two.
When your companion levels up to “legendary”, one of five abilities will automatically be unlocked. If you want to change it, it will cost you 20 crystals at the companion trainer. These abilities each have 3 different effects, of which you will always activate one randomly in battle.

40% chance to create a 5-second shield worth 10% of your maximum HP

On the ranch, you can also play with your pets
Changing the appearance: Furthermore, legendary pets can change their appearance. You can change your companion’s visual appearance to that of any other companion you have unlocked. However, you will need to purchase a companion customization potion, which you can get for jelly cookies from the vendor.
Once you have fed your pet with this potion once, you can change its appearance as often as you like without incurring additional costs. In line with that, brand new companions are also coming to Arkesia in August.
These are cute Shiba Inus that will go into summer with a scarf. You will be able to purchase these cute dogs in the shop starting August 24, and they will also serve as skin providers for your legendary companions.

Maharaka Festival: Blooming Mokokos and Event Raids
What is this event? The Maharaka Festival: Blooming Mokokos will start alongside the update on August 24 and is intended to expand the currently ongoing summer festival. Therefore, it remains a summery event where you can compete against each other in quirky mini-games and earn rewards.
It will only be about new possibilities to earn the leaves of the Maharaka tree and buy rewards such as mounts and skins. We currently don’t know if the purchasable items will change or what new mini-games await you.
Old event returns: Additionally, the event guardian raids are returning to Arkesia. In this mode, you must defeat 3 guardians at once alone or in a group. However, you will receive special buffs and an event currency for doing so.
The event guardian raids had been in the game for some time and enjoyed great popularity. Many players should be looking forward to the fact that it is now returning.
New skins to match the pet ranch and for the future
What new skins are there? What the new skins are exactly called is currently hardly known. The only one mentioned by name in the preview is the Achatemiau sweater, which provides you with little wings and a tail. However, these are attached to a cozy sweater and aren’t necessarily summery.

What will be fixed? In addition to the new features, there will also be some new bug fixes included in the update for the MMORPG. You will finally be able to use all power passes again. Last week, the free ones were reactivated, and this week the paid ones will follow.
However, these also come with some restrictions. If the highest gear score on your account is increased through a power pass, these restrictions apply, presumably as a protection against bots.

Today, on August 24, the big “Under the Sun” update for Lost Ark is released. It brings not only new skins and features but also meaningful improvements for the MMORPG as well as new restrictions. We at MeinMMO summarize.
However, there is also new information, especially regarding bug fixes and the Power Passes. After almost 3.5 weeks, the paid Power Passes are being activated again. As compensation for the long downtime, there is a 25% discount on all passes until September 7.
However, new restrictions also come with the passes, which everyone can now use. This is primarily aimed at new players, as these restrictions only apply when the highest gear score on your account is increased through the use of a Power Pass.
So if you purchase a Power Pass that boosts you to gear score 1,302 and you previously had only a character with item level 460, the following restrictions apply to you for 72 hours:

This time, players should expect a shorter downtime despite the “Season 18” release. Some fixes will be made, and new content will be implemented in the game.
These times are important today:
At 6:00 PM German time, maintenance work will start in the background on all platforms.
From 6:45 PM, the servers will go offline, and you will be automatically kicked from all activities.
Around 7:00 PM, the servers are expected to come online again, and Update 6.2.0 will be rolled out for all platforms. However, you can log in to play again from then on.
Officially, the maintenance work for Hotfix 6.2.0 will end at 8:00 PM.
It is important: Even if you have downloaded the update and are back in the game, there may be connection issues until the maintenance work ends around 8:00 PM. Bungie is investigating the increased occurrence of the MARMOT error.
Opulent chests exhibit visual inconsistencies when opening them and receiving rewards.
Weapons and UI elements sometimes do not load correctly when players enter the Spirit Realm.
Several hand cannons no longer have sights.
The Exotic Sparrow Hyperborean Dagger cannot be selected in the collections.
