The character’s movement speed depends on the weapon chosen as well as the played attachments. With a machine gun, I run slower than with an assault rifle, and with a vector submachine gun without a stock, I can be about as fast as with a drawn pistol.

Everything feels well-coordinated. Also, the selection of your firearms and the modification through various attachments is well done in my opinion.
XDefiant achieves this, even though the shooter will be released as a free-to-play title. The price difference is probably the biggest advantage of XDefiant compared to Call of Duty because XDefiant is a good shooter, even though it doesn’t cost 70 €.
Of course, there are other free-to-play arena shooters like Halo Infinite or Splitgate – although they pursue a different gameplay principle despite being in the same genre. Smaller projects like Shatterline or Hired Ops simply do not have the resources to compete with a Call of Duty.
XDefiant has a major publisher backing it and thanks to a struggling CoD currently has the momentum and attention to be a competitor.
Is XDefiant therefore better than CoD MW2? No idea, maybe. Maybe not.
One thing is certain, XDefiant is an alternative to Call of Duty that will be released this summer and is free. So checking it out can’t hurt, I’m already having fun.

We tested it with 3 accounts and 3 new characters, all freshly at level 1, yet we had all different prices. But no matter if it’s 7,000 or 11,000, all of them are much less than the 6 million gold that you would have to pay with a highly leveled first character.
For characters that are around level 45–55, the saddle costs around 4 million gold – not that much less than at the levels nearing 100.
Changing the world tier had no impact on the price for a character at level 81.
Can I ride with my new character? Yes. Unlike with the first character, it is possible to ride directly. The campaign has been skipped, you spawn in Kyovashad, and can get on your mount with the Z key on the keyboard / right D-pad on the controller.

In Diablo 4, players still have to painstakingly collect and disassemble their loot. Some fans of the “hack ‘n’ slash” series wish to have these little companions back – however, players are still divided on which items the pets should pick up and which ones they should leave behind.

What is the discussion? A member of the Diablo community asked on Reddit whether players want Loot-Pets for Diablo 4. The post garnered 4,500 upvotes and 1,800 comments within a day (via Reddit).
A player replied to the question with “yes,” if the post creator meant the animals that collect gold – 2,200 Reddit users agreed with an upvote.
Another user added that the little creatures should definitely only collect gold and no “trash”: “I certainly don’t want that little rascal filling my inventory with junk.” However, he would be fine with Loot-Pets also collecting crafting materials, he later added.
Other Diablo fans suggested that the pets could also pick up blue and lower items, provided they then dismantle them into crafting materials as they currently do in Diablo 3. This would prevent the “cluttering” of the inventory while also collecting materials.
More players noted that a personally customizable loot filter for the pets would be useful. That way, the pets would not collect useless items, but only what the respective player sets in the filter.
In the comment section, there was also a suggestion that the pets could pick up health potions. However, some players immediately rejected this because it could affect the outcome of a battle.
