What are these changes? Update 1.1.4 brought back an EXP bonus. The hotfix increased the experience gained for killing monsters in World Tiers 3 and 4.

The intention behind these changes was to bring players to level 100 faster and to offset the previous downgrades that had caused frustration.
Originally, players received 25% more experience points when defeating monsters that were three or more levels above their own level.
With the recent changes, this bonus has been reduced to only 15% when the difference was about ten levels.
Despite these adjustments, the new values are still less advantageous than the original experience point bonuses that applied at the time of the game’s launch.
How are players reacting? Many players would apparently have preferred that these mistakes were avoided from the start. In a Reddit post, they write:
A player named SQRTLURFACE says: Typical Blizzard. Reducing the XP and then giving XP back. In the end, they call it a hotfix/patch.
