After the end of 7 vs. Wild, it was quiet for a long time around the founders of the show. Today they start their next project and you can watch it live.
What kind of show is this? The new show Ultimate Run sends 2-person teams 48 times on a mix of obstacle course and jogging track. The path is 4.5 kilometers long and full of obstacles that participants must climb, crawl, dive, and balance over.
Every hour, one of the two participants of the 2-person team must complete the course, otherwise the team will be eliminated. As if the challenge were not enough, a random modifier is added each round that complicates everything. This is decided by the viewers.

Who is participating? Of course, Fritz Meinecke does not want to miss out on the fun and is participating in the new project. However, he is there as a moderator and will only run the course once for the introduction.
After Knossi has given up his role as moderator, Dave from The Race and Jan Schlappen, known from 7 vs. Wild, will support the project as moderators.
The third founder of 7 vs. Wild, Maximilian Kovacs, takes on the role of community manager and keeps an eye on the chat. But the participants are also exciting: a team from the Bundeswehr, the fire department, and the police will compete.
Well-known outdoor influencers like Survival_Mattin or Joey Kelly are also participating. In the field, there are also YouTubers, rappers, TikTokers, and even 3 “Ultimate Rune” experts who professionally engage in the sport and therefore compete alone without a teammate.

When does it start? The new show will be broadcast as a live stream event on YouTube. It starts on April 24 at 12:00 PM on the channel of Johannes Hovekamp. The event runs for 48 hours and ends on Sunday at 12:00 PM with an award ceremony.
Since the candidates will be running around the clock and hardly anyone can be there for 48 hours straight, there will be a summary video every few hours on the YouTube channel of OttoBulletproof, which organizes the event together with Johannes Hovekamp.
With Ultimate Run, the next show from the creators of 7 vs. Wild is coming, even though Fritz Meinecke only has to run through the woods once this time. The participant field is so diverse that there is currently no clear favorite, and the battle for victory remains exciting. Whether any team will make it to the end remains uncertain.
