Galen Marek, who also goes by the codename Starkiller, is the protagonist from the game The Force Unleashed. He is Darth Vader’s apprentice and follows him loyally for a while. But eventually, doubts arise in Galen and he turns against his master.
On the Death Star, he confronts Vader and a battle ensues. In the lightsaber duel, it becomes clear that Starkiller is even superior, among other things, because the light side of the Force strengthens him. Vader loses the fight.
It turns out that Darth Vader has probably underestimated his apprentice. Severely injured and with his armor destroyed, he lies beneath Galen. In the end, he must decide whether to kill his master, a decision prompted by the Emperor. Ultimately, however, he decides against it.
