Anyone who knows Star Wars also knows that Darth Vader is one of the most powerful characters in the galaxy. However, the following figures have managed to bring the strong Sith to his knees.
How was the list created? We looked at characters from Star Wars who have faced Darth Vader in battle and emerged victorious. This does not mean that Vader had to die in any way; he simply has to be regarded as a clear loser.
Accomplishing this is already a tremendous achievement, after all, the Sith is one of the most powerful of his kind. For the list, we considered characters from both canon and Legends. They are listed in random order.

Luke Skywalker – The Son Defeats the Father

Let’s start with a classic that we simply cannot avoid. At the end of Episode 6, Luke once again faces his own father in a lightsaber duel. Here, Luke demonstrates his full power as a Jedi, refusing to hold back, with strikes so forceful that Vader succumbs.
Luke manages to bring the Sith to his knees and cuts off his right hand. Furthermore, Vader is likely also emotionally involved in the fight, after all, he has to face his own son. Luke spares his father and does not kill him, which ultimately leads to the good in Vader being able to emerge, as he saves his son from the Emperor.
