What is Terror in Resonance about? It is perhaps the worst news a country’s military can hear: The prototype of a nuclear weapon has been stolen during transport and is now in the hands of a terrorist organization, namely the two young men with the codenames “Nine” and “Twelve”. They commit various terrorist attacks in Japan’s capital, disrupt the power supply, or set skyscrapers on fire. They always leave behind cryptic messages for the developers to play a perfidious cat-and-mouse game with them.
In doing so, Twelve and Nine want to draw attention to a government organization that kidnaps children and turns them into ruthless human weapons.
Why are the protagonists evil? The two protagonists, Nine and Twelve, are terrorists. They repeatedly threaten the whole city, commit various terrorist attacks, and instill fear and terror in the population. Even if their motives have comprehensible approaches or one can understand how they got into this situation, it cannot be denied that they pose a clear danger to the general public.
