Don’t you have a Caller in World of Warcraft? Then you should change that quickly – because something drastic is changing in a few days.
In a few days, the time of World of Warcraft Dragonflight ends and the era of the World Soul saga begins with the Pre-Patch 11.0 for “The War Within”. The patch brings a lot of changes to the game, and especially the new class of Callers can expect a significant change that affects the beginning of their adventure. Callers will no longer start at level 58, but will begin their journey at a much lower level instead.
What changes for the Callers? Starting from 24.07.2024, with the release of Patch 11.0, Callers will no longer start at level 58, but at level 10. This means that Callers will only receive a portion of their talent points on the Forbidden Island and will be released into the rest of the world much earlier.
The journey of Callers still leads to the Dragon Isles after the Forbidden Island. Dragonflight is the new “level-up expansion” that heroes are automatically led into unless they choose another expansion via Chromie.
Anyone who wants to have a high-level Caller should create one now before the patch goes live in a few days.
Does leveling take long? That is probably the comfort. Because starting Wednesday, Callers will begin at level 10, but the required XP for leveling up to level 70 will be drastically reduced. Compared to before, you will need about 50% less experience points to level a character up to the maximum level, with the reduction being most noticeable in the area from level 60 to 70.
Combine that with the rapid leveling speed of WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria and you can easily make up for the “lost time.” Because some players only need 30 minutes to fully level their character – and this is likely to get even faster. Will you quickly create a Caller? Or are you actually looking forward to starting a Caller at level 10 and then leveling them in a “classic” way instead of jumping right in at a high level?
