A new companion for Hunters in World of Warcraft is a real eye-catcher. We reveal how you can catch it.
Hunters in World of Warcraft are mainly played for two reasons: to roll for all loot and to have a lot of unique animals as companions. Also in Patch 10.2 Guardians of the Dream there are again a few very special animals that can be tamed by Hunters. Today we show you how to catch the red cat.
You can only encounter Sul’raka in the Emerald Dream, the endgame zone of Patch 10.2.
The colleagues from wowhead have already found out the patrol route of Sul’raka. You can see it in this screenshot:

Catching Sul’raka as a Hunter in WoW
Note that Sul’raka moves counterclockwise. Therefore, it is best to walk clockwise yourself and pay attention to the large footprints that may appear once Sul’raka is nearby.
How can you catch Sul’raka? First, you need to be a Beast Mastery Hunter and then apply a few little tricks. To lure Sul’raka out of stealth, you need to shoot a flare at her – since you cannot see her exactly, place the flare a few meters in front of the last track that has appeared.
Immediately apply a Hunter’s Mark on her so you can keep tracking Sul’raka. Additionally, you can briefly hold her with a Frost Trap.
Sul’raka also has a very short respawn time. Therefore, most Hunters do not have to hunt for weeks, but they should be able to claim the stylish cat after less than an hour.
The oversized cat Sul’raka counts as a spirit beast, although she has no translucent body – such designs have been introduced by Blizzard intermittently in the past.
Have you already obtained Sul’raka or have you not yet been able to find her trail?
