The MMORPG Lost Ark features a teaser showing a new continent that will soon arrive in Korea and in the future also in the West. A new class is also revealed.
At the beginning, we see a group of children excluding and teasing another child. It looks down, but when it looks up, it becomes clear who it is: the popular NPC Armel.
The next scene shows a village square where the letters “Pletze” slowly appear. The Korean version of the new continent Pleccia. It follows a camera pan through the elegantly designed town. Elaborate structures and buildings with red roofs make it look romantic.
We see the adult Armel standing on a balcony, gazing into the distance, after which the scene changes again. From 0:50 to 1:08, you will receive hints about how the story continues. Pleccia is coming along with the new class to Korea
After the short story spoiler, the trailer shows another character that could be a coming class. She carries a wooden staff as a weapon, which likely makes her the Alchemist.
We learned about the class through leaks on the Korean website Inven. There, a list of upcoming classes was published in 2021. This class could continue when the continent Pleccia appears.
Pleccia is already visible on the world map in Lost Ark, including in our version. The continent lies between Arthetine and North Vern.
When will the content come to the West? In Korea, the MMORPG has existed for a longer time, which enables us to look into the future of our version through the updates there. Korean players are already looking forward to finally reaching Pleccia. Experience has shown that it takes 1.5 to 2 years until Western players can enjoy the content as well.
