3. Vladimir – The Blood Red Reaper
Vladimir was handed over as a child by his father to rebellious warrior gods as a hostage to secure his own crown. He learned blood magic from them and gained a new physical form by killing his own master. He repeated this ritual countless times to live forever.
During the reign of Mordekaiser, Vladimir and LeBlanc founded the Circle of the Black Rose and secretly directed the throne of Noxus. Since Swain became the new Grand General and the political situation in Noxus has changed, Vladimir has become more active again and is trying to bring down the new council with intrigues.
Vladimir is several centuries old and feeds on other living beings to remain immortal. However, his mind is not immortal, so after many decades his memories fade. Through his ancient blood magic, he is among the most powerful dark mages of Noxus and the entire world.
