4. Swain – The Noxian Grand General
Swain is the son of one of the oldest noble houses in Noxus. He uncovered a plot of the Black Rose to overthrow the former Grand General Darkwill. Swain executed the most famous conspirators himself, including his own parents. Due to his loyalty to Noxus, he obtained a position in the Noxian army.
When Noxus invaded the enemy region of Ionia, they were overwhelmed. Swain’s army was defeated, and his knee was shattered, as well as his left arm severed. He looked into the eye of a crow, in which the heart of Noxus was entwined, and recognized not only a black rose but also a puppet in the form of Darkwill.
Swain realized that he had not stopped the plot, but that Darkwill was a part of it.
Since his failure in Ionia, he has been regarded as worthless. Swain focused on uncovering the secrets of Noxus and found an ancient being in the inner lands. The being restored his body and allows Swain to nourish and strengthen himself from the souls of others.
After years of preparation, Swain was able to overthrow the Grand General with his allies. He has since taken the position of Grand General and rules over Noxus. The combination of demonic magic and military intelligence makes him one of the most dangerous champions in Noxus.
