Luffy has found not only loyal crew members on his journey in One Piece, but also close allies outside the Straw Hat Crew. These characters have helped him in difficult times and proven to be true friends. MeinMMO presents the 5 most loyal of them.
How were the characters selected? There are many figures in One Piece who have supported Luffy. However, some of them stand out due to their loyalty, their significant role in the story, and their close bond with Luffy. Three central criteria were taken into account for this selection:
- Characters who have helped Luffy multiple times
- Characters who have a close personal connection to him
- Individuals who have a strong influence on the plot

Trafalgar Law
Who is he? Trafalgar Law is the captain of the Heart Pirates and a former Shichibukai, meaning a former member of the Seven Samurai. He is a talented doctor and possesses the Op-Op Fruit, which allows him to freely manipulate people and objects within a certain area.
Law first meets Monkey D. Luffy during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. He, like Luffy and Eustass Kid, is part of the so-called “Worst Generation,” a group of promising young pirates with a bounty of over 100 million Berry.
Why is he a loyal ally? Trafalgar Law saved Luffy’s life after the Marineford War. He appeared with his submarine in the midst of chaos, took the severely injured Luffy on board, and brought him to safety.
Later, on Punk Hazard, Law formed an alliance with Luffy. His goal was to overthrow Donquixote Doflamingo in Dressrosa, as he was responsible for his past suffering. However, although their original deal ended afterwards, Law remained by Luffy’s side. He supported him in Zou, Whole Cake Island, and Wano, where they fought together against Kaido.
