In Path of Exile 2, the last season is coming before the full version release. The developers are giving away some cosmetics if you do what they want.
What is there to celebrate? The new season brings not only new content but also substantial rewards for all players who do what the developers want them to do. In a new video, the head, Mark Roberts, introduced the Twitch Drops for the new season.
Starting on Friday, all players can receive new Twitch Drops for two weeks. Each week, there are different items that you can receive by watching:
- Waypoint Skin Arbiter of Ash – 3 hours of watching in week 1
- Changes the appearance of your waypoints
- Wendigo Crown Helmet Attachment – 3 hours of watching in week 2
- Tracks your kills of different enemy types
- Verisium Parasite Pet – Give away 2 subs or subscribe to 2 channels on Twitch in week 1 and 2
But the developers have even more free items for you.

Challenges return
What do the developers have in store? After the developers have had you watch a channel in the “Path of Exile 2” category on Twitch for 6 hours, you will also need to listen to them in-game to earn rewards.
For that, the developers have brought back the challenges from the predecessor. During the game, you must complete nine different challenges. The first cosmetic reward is given for three completed challenges, but the entire set is only available once all 9 challenges are completed.
You can see the challenges in a new menu and usually complete them quite casually. Occasionally, however, a specific season mechanic or a certain side boss off the beaten path must be completed to finish a goal.
What does the new season bring? The new season focuses primarily on new activities and a new endgame. The developers have introduced the long-requested major endgame change by having players complete quests instead of endless grinding.
Additionally, several skill trees can be filled, and players no longer have to choose between them. Players have more goals in the new season than just enhancing their own character.
To that end, the developers have added 15 new bosses and endgame enemies, as well as a new crafting system. There are also two new expansion classes that are meant to provide players with a whole new experience.
The developers of Path of Exile 2 are going all out for their last season of Early Access on Steam. When the release of the full version is scheduled, you can find out here from the head himself: Head of Path of Exile 2 talks about the date for the full release, says the new expansion is the last step
