All Support Gems and Their Effects

Support gems exist in different tiers, and over the course of the game, they drop at increasingly higher levels. Until about the beginning of Act 3, you mainly find uncut gems of level 1. Depending on the tier of the uncut gem, you can unlock or “cut” support skills of the corresponding level.
