With Season 6, Blizzard abolished world tiers and introduced new difficulty levels. All bosses are available starting from Torment Level 1. The higher the level you play at, the better the loot. The Torment levels for endgame are now unlocked via the Pit.
Boss mats needed to open the chest after the boss fight can be obtained among other places in the Forgotten City of Kurast, in Hell’s Flood, and from the Whispering Tree. Our overview shows you the best farm spots for endgame in Diablo 4.

Varshan: Drops and Location
How do I find the boss? You can find Varshan starting from Torment Level 1 next to the Whispering Tree in his “Evil Den”. And when you complete quests for the tree, you might get Evil Hearts, which you need for Varshan’s chest. You can also get them in Hell’s Flood. Besides Uniques, you’ll receive a trophy for your mount from Varshan.
How do I summon the boss? You summon Varshan at the altar in his “Evil Den” at any Torment level. After the boss fight, you can open a chest with 12 Evil Hearts to access his loot.

How do I find the boss? Grigoire can be summoned starting from Torment Level 1 in the hideout in the “Hall of Atonement” in the Dry Steppe. The steel (12) for the loot chest after the boss fight can be found among others in Hell’s Flood, but also from treasure goblins and in the Forgotten City of Kurast. Besides Uniques, you will receive armor for your mount from Grigoire.

You unlock his loot chest with “Exquisite Blood”, which you can obtain in the Forgotten City of Kurast, from world bosses, treasure goblins, and in Hell’s Flood. Besides Uniques, you will receive a cosmetic headgear from Zir.

How do I find the boss? Since Season 5, you can summon the Beast in Ice like all bosses in a dungeon. You will find it starting from Torment Level 1 in the dungeon “Glacier Split” southwest of Kyovashad. You unlock the loot chest after the boss fight with “Distilled Fear”. Besides Uniques, you will receive trophies for your mounts from the Beast.

How do I find the boss? You can find Belial starting from Torment Level 1 in the “Palace of the Deceiver” west of Tarsarak in Kehjistan. To open the loot chest after the boss fight, you need “Cloaks of the Traitor,” which you get from Belial when he spawns randomly after another boss fight. The boss has a special feature regarding his loot: You can choose it yourself.
How do I summon the boss? You summon Belial at the altar in the “Palace of the Deceiver” at any Torment level. After the boss fight, you can open a chest of your choice with 2 “Cloaks of the Traitor” to access the loot.
With Belial, you choose your loot. After defeating the boss, you receive an overview of all hideout bosses, from which you can virtually select a loot drop. If you choose Duriel, for example, the chest drops Uniques from Duriel’s loot pool.
Infernal Hordes: Drops and Location
Where can I find the Infernal Hordes? Since Season 5, there is the endgame activity “Infernal Hordes”. In the Infernal Hordes, you fight against monster waves and finally against 3 bosses. As soon as the compasses for the Infernal Hordes drop for you starting from Torment Level 1, for example, in the Pit and in Hell’s Flood, you can enter the activity.
