The official trailer for the new add-on Legacy of the Dragons.
This is what the new expansion Legacy of the Dragons offers
New cards: The expansion includes 135 new cards.
New Hero Card – Galakrond: All five classes of the League of Shadows can play Galakrond. When playing Galakrond, he takes the form of the respective class with a special battle cry and unique hero ability. Your hero is replaced by Galakrond.
A special role here is played by the keyword “Invoke”.
The new hero card Galakrond: With Invoke, the card can be improved once more. Source: outof.cards
New Mechanic – Invoke: The new keyword is “Invoke”. Cards with the keyword “Invoke” trigger Galakrond’s hero ability. The more cards with this keyword are played, the more powerful Galakrond becomes.
Invoke is the new keyword in Hearthstone.
Conclusion of the Story: The add-on Legacy of the Dragons concludes the Year of the Dragon and thus the story surrounding the League of Shadows and the League of Explorers. With the next expansion in 2020, the next year in Hearthstone will likely begin.
This is the new game mode for Hearthstone
Hearthstone Battlegrounds: Blizzard has introduced a completely new game mode for Hearthstone: Battlegrounds.

This means you will be able to enhance your class with talent trees and rune words. This brings joy to many players, as rune words have not been seen since Diablo 2.
How rune words and skill trees change your characters
What are rune words? Old fans of the Diablo series will remember these words. Rune words were last found in Diablo 2. With them, you can customize your characters. Each rune word has different effects on your character and enhances different stats.
What’s the deal with talent trees? These are also known from the Diablo series and work as you would also know from other games. Here, too, you have great opportunities to customize your character.
What does this mean for the playstyle? You can perfectly adapt your chosen class to your playstyle. If you play particularly aggressively, you can especially use rune words in that respect and expand your talent tree. This makes your character feel even more like how you want it. The possibilities for variation are enormous.
John Mueller, Art Director of Diablo 4, says about the features: “You can create the Barbarian of your dreams.”
How are the features being received by players? Both features are being received with great enthusiasm. Especially rune stones seem to have been missed in Diablo 3, as the joy over their return is great.
It is hoped that Diablo 4 can be a mix of the two predecessors in this area. For example, bleedblue89 writes on reddit: “I am so hyped about the [rune stones] and the talent trees. This could become a combination of Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. I would really love that.”
The well-known Diablo streamer Quin69 also commented on this. He shared a picture from BlizzCon, where the new feature can be seen:

The opening ceremony of BlizzCon 2019 takes place today on November 1st. We expect the presentation of a number of new games like Overwatch 2 or Diablo 4. We are also expecting important news regarding expansions for World of Warcraft and Hearthstone. You can see all the news and new trailers in the live ticker.
This is the idea of the live ticker: Once the opening ceremony starts at 7:00 PM German time, we will be ticking the most important news of the evening here.
We will summarize the announcements and link to further articles on MeinMMO. This way you stay up to date and won’t miss anything. If you want to follow the opening show yourself, we recommend our live stream on Max.
19:02: The most important leak before the start of the opening ceremony shows dozens of pages from the Blizzard Art Book, displaying images of Diablo 4. The images look really dark.
19:16: BlizzCon 2019 begins just as BlizzCon 2018 should have ended. The Diablo director hints: BlizzCon 2019 begins “the right way.”
Diablo 4 returns to the “dark roots”
19:17: Diablo 4 is the world, the darkness, and the story.
They emphasize the horror elements. There are supposed to be obscure symbols, no clear victories anymore.
Blizzard promises us a “gothic, medieval version of hell.” You will be able to meet players with whom you can trade or kill. Diablo 4 will bring PVP zones.
Diablo 4 aims to combine the best of previous installments, including the strong combat system from Diablo 3.
Diablo 4: Release for PC, PS4, Xbox One – Druid as class
Diablo 4: Demo playable at BlizzCon, but no release date
19:21: A first gameplay trailer runs. Judging by the first reactions from the audience, Diablo 4 is probably exactly what most BlizzCon visitors were looking forward to.

19:30: Blizzard opens all heroes in Heroes of the Storm for about 10 days. Now is a good time to get into Heroes of the Storm.
Brack alludes to “You think you do, but you don’t”
19:32: J. Allen Brack just said: “You think you want it and so do I” – referring to WoW Classic. He is alluding to the legendary phrase “You think you want it, but you don’t” that he said at BlizzCon 2013 when asked if Blizzard could make a kind of WoW Classic.
Brack told players who wanted WoW Classic in 2013: “You think you want it, but you don’t.”
Fans of WoW Classic accused him of that for years. It became emblematic of Blizzard not listening to what the fans want, but believing they knew better.
Brack was somewhat of a hate figure – now he can make fun of it. This is an attempt to reconcile with WoW Classic fans, which was a huge hit for Blizzard.
WoW expansion Shadowlands
19:41: Hazzikostas talks about the next WoW expansion. He alludes to the many leaks and data mining.
Creating trouble again: Sylvanas.
Hazzikostas says: Everything is fine. He can’t think of anyone lurking in the dark waiting for their chance. Then the trailer begins. It shows natural Ice Crown.

Sylvanas marches into Icecrown Citadel. WoW Blizzard Cinematic – It’s always really well done. A fight ignites between the Lich King Bolvar and Sylvanas.
The Twitch chat is going crazy right now. Sylvanas is about to become the new Lich Queen.
Hazzikostas says the rule “There must always be a Lich King” is now broken. Death will now come to all. To have a chance, players now have to go to the Shadowlands, the afterlife of all the peoples of Azeroth.
Blizzard shows images from 4 new zones.
Looks like a dark high-fantasy expansion with a gothic touch. So far nothing about new classes.
19:57: The first images of the Hearthstone expansion again have the quirky Blizzard look. The expansion apparently revolves around dragons. Galakrond as the new hero card – the leak was also correct here.

Galakrond will apparently be an extremely important card that will be supported by other cards. Every player is supposed to receive 5 legendary hero cards for free.
New mode: Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Jeffrey Kaplan appears in a hoodie – he is the big identifying figure from Blizzard who is still around. He hints at the leaks that emerged before BlizzCon.
20:17: In a second trailer, Overwatch fights against robots. The heroes use a synergy of their abilities to defeat the threat. This could become a trailer for a kind of “PvE mode”.

This cinematic is also top-notch and wonderfully staged.
Reinhardt with a dad joke: He says to Mei “Ice to meet you,” Brigitte sighs.
20:19: The departing image shows “Overwatch 2.” Kaplan shows a gameplay trailer:
It will be a coop game where teamwork seems to be important
You will level up the heroes and customize their abilities individually
New PvP mode “Push” – this will be a new core game mode
there will be new heroes
there should be a complete story campaign
Overwatch will be a sequel. Buyers of Overwatch 1 will be able to play the PvP mode of Overwatch 2 – no one should be left behind.
Players will retain all their skins and progress and can transfer them to Overwatch 2. They do not want to split the community.
This sounds as if Overwatch 1 players could continue to play PvP in Overwatch 2 – but not the PvE part and no new heroes. The reaction from fans is a bit muted at that point.
Conclusion: Brave BlizzCon without surprise due to many leaks
20:28: There were no surprises this time. All major announcements were anticipated by leaks. The leaks were accurate down to the last detail – Blizzard employees also happily hinted at that.
It is noteworthy that no new mobile game was introduced, although it is known how much Activision insists on it. Nothing was heard about Diablo Immortal either – perhaps Blizzard is saving such announcements for “in-between” – as a lesson from BlizzCon 2018.
It was somewhat unclear whether Overwatch 2 would become an “independent game” – now it is clear: It will be a standalone game, albeit players from Overwatch 1 can take some things with them. However, Blizzard probably expects that veterans will buy it for a second time if they want to stay up to date.
The highlight was surely the announcement of Diablo 4 – when that will come, however, remains to be seen.
We will have more news about BlizzCon 2019 on MeinMMO in the coming hours and days.
Overwatch head Jeff Kaplan officially announced Overwatch 2 during the opening ceremony of BlizzCon 2019. Some of the new features were presented, though much sounds like Overwatch 2 is simply a paid DLC.
However, what is important is: The whole concept is supposed to include the Overwatch player community. Contrary to previous leaks, the progress from Overwatch (1) will likely be carried over and even shared.

Overwatch 2 apparently excludes no one who does not want to purchase it but instead continues to play Overwatch.
Overwatch 2 – DLC or new game?
What changes in Overwatch 2: Overwatch 2 primarily gives the game a new look. The graphics are polished, everything looks nicer, and there are new features, such as:
That’s why Overwatch 2 feels like a DLC: However, Jeff Kaplan only briefly mentioned an important piece of information:
For all players of the current Overwatch: You will play the same maps as players of Overwatch 2, including all maps that are still to come, and you will be able to play the same heroes as Overwatch 2 players. It will be a shared environment where no one is left behind.
This gives the concept of Overwatch 2 rather the impression that it is a DLC with prettier visuals, a PvE campaign, and cool features that players do not necessarily need.
As it stands, Overwatch fans do not need to buy the second part to stay engaged. Only those who want to try out the new content will likely have to invest. More information on Overwatch 2 will be available in the respective BlizzCon panel.
We have the first info about the new WoW expansion “Shadowlands”. What is it about? Who lives in the Shadowlands? What will we do there?
During the opening ceremony of BlizzCon 2019, many details about the next expansion of World of Warcraft were revealed. It goes to the “Shadowlands”, the realms of the dead and souls in Azeroth. After Sylvanas defeats Bolvar in the Icecrown in battle, she tears open the fabric of the world, creating a gateway to the Shadowlands.

What features are there? In the trailer, features were also discussed. These include:
Sylvanas is a central part of the expansion, her plan will be revealed.
There are 5 new areas:
Bastion, an area of shining fields
Maldraxxus, a zone of rough battlefields
Ardenwald, a place of eternal twilight
Revendreth, an area full of impressive fortresses
The Horrific Maw, where the most wicked of souls suffer
Players can join one of 4 Covenants (factions in the Shadowlands). Each Covenant brings class-specific abilities and its own campaign.
The Tower of the Damned will be a place with high replay value. There will always be new, randomized encounters.
Pandaren and all allied races can become Death Knights under the leadership of Bolvar Fordragon.
New character customization options for all races are expected.
What Covenants are there? The Covenants play an important role in Shadowlands. Players can join one of 4 Covenants, experience a specific campaign, and gain abilities. The options include:
Kyrian (based in Bastion): Duty and honor are the focus, they guide and protect the souls transitioning from the realm of the living to the Shadowlands.
Night Fae (live in Ardenwald): They ensure that the spirits of nature can complete their cycle and be reborn. Several forces are trying to prevent this.
Venthyr (live in Revendreth): These beings live in a gothic realm and feast on the souls of particularly proud or vain individuals.
Nekrolords (in Maldraxxus): The Nekrolords create a massive undead army, which serves as the first line of defense for the Shadowlands. Those seeking glory in battle will find their place here.
Sylvanas in front of an ancient evil.
Many more details about the “Shadowlands” will be available in the coming hours as Blizzard talks more about the new addon.

Diablo 4 launches with the classes Druid, Barbarian, and Sorceress. We provide you with an initial insight into these classes and their abilities in D4.
What was presented? On November 1st, Blizzard showed at BlizzCon 2019 the first trailers for the new Diablo 4. Fans had been looking forward to this for a long time. The new videos show that Diablo IV is getting really dark.
It is now clear that D4 will initially offer the three classes Barbarian, Sorceress, and Druid. Players had long hoped to see the Druid in Diablo 3 in vain, but in the new installment, this shapeshifter will be playable again. Looks like the Druid might also make it to D3.
There are supposed to be 5 characters in Diablo 4. However, only the first three have been presented so far.
We provide you with an overview of what is currently known about the characters and their spells and attacks. This is far from everything that awaits you concerning these characters, but it is a first impression.
Druid in Diablo 4 – The Shapeshifter
How is the class presented? So far, Blizzard has revealed two forms the Druid can transform into.
Giant Bear
Bloodthirsty Werewolf
Blizzard describes the Druid as being able to transform “effortlessly”. The class wields power over earth and storm and the wrath of nature.
What attacks are available? In the videos, you can see
Melee attacks that hit multiple targets,
Giant stones that strike multiple enemies in a straight line,
A wild charge that quickly rushes through hordes of monsters
First screenshots:
Sorceress in Diablo 4 – Meteors and Icicles
How is the class presented? The Sorceress has her roots in Diablo 2 and uses the power over the elements to defeat enemies.
What attacks are available? The Sorceress can attack with icicles, rain down lightning from the sky, or summon burning meteors that crash down on the opponents.
First screenshots:
Barbarian in Diablo 4 – Brings Battle Cries to the Fight
How is the class presented? Blizzard describes the Barbarian as a class with brutal melee combat. In battle, he can equip four different weapons and switch quickly between them. The weapon system is called “Arsenal”.
What attacks are available? It is known that the Barbarian will use powerful battle cries in combat. Seismic strikes that shake the earth and drive enemies away are also back.
First screenshots:
More Screenshots from Diablo 4
We have included a gallery with official screenshots from Diablo 4 here. They show the classes presented above in combat against the nasty enemies you will encounter in the five new regions of Diablo 4.
Which class do you like the best so far? Don’t miss any news from BlizzCon in our live ticker:
Pokémon GO has announced a new Special Research related to Team GO Rocket. This will likely be associated with the Rocket Radar, which should now be functional.
What has been revealed? The reports from Professor Willow continue. After he introduced the 3 Rocket bosses, there is now news regarding the Rocket Radar. The professor has been working on it for days.
In addition to the news about the Rocket Radar, there is also the announcement that a new Special Research is on its way to the game.
Rocket Radar is complete – But the professor needs help
The professor reports: Professor Willow has now developed and completed the Super Rocket Radar. With this, you should be able to locate not only the hideouts of Team GO Rocket but also the headquarters.
So far, however, there is only a prototype of the Super Rocket Radar. Professor Willow wants to refine it further and needs help from trainers. They should solve a Special Research and relay further information to Willow.
What does this mean for the players? Although no specific date has been mentioned yet, we can soon look forward to a new Special Research.
Quests have also been leaked, which primarily involve fighting against the Rocket bosses. Whether these quests will actually be in the game remains to be seen.
If the Super Rocket Radar can even locate the headquarters of Team GO Rocket, it is quite possible that we will soon encounter the boss Giovanni.
What happens next? Many reports regarding Team GO Rocket can no longer follow. The Special Research should be available within a few days at the latest, as it was stated that players must now help Professor Willow.
We might be able to expect the new Special Research already this weekend. However, this could also complicate things with the live event on Saturday. This means that two Special Researches would have to be solved parallel.
Which quests could await you tomorrow? You can find out here:
Blizzard announced Overwatch 2 officially at Blizzcon 2019. A new cinematic trailer showcases initial footage of the upcoming game.
What is Overwatch 2? Overwatch 2 will be a sequel to Overwatch (1) for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
It is set to continue the game itself but will feature heroes and maps from Overwatch. Overwatch head Jeff Kaplan mentioned that no one should be left behind.
Additionally, all progress and cosmetics from Overwatch are set to carry over to Overwatch 2, contrary to a previous leak.
What does the trailer show? In the trailer, Mei, Tracer, and Winston are seen heading to Paris on a transport ship. An invasion by Null Sector, the “evil Omnics”, is currently underway.
The trio attempts to help the civilian population, but a giant Omnic mech appears, destroys the ship, and severely injures Mei. Subsequently, Winston apparently sacrifices himself to hold off the giant and the Omnics so everyone can escape.
Eventually, Genji comes to his aid in the form of a cloaked ninja, and even Reinhardt and Brigitte appear. They are followed by Mercy and the presumably new hero Echo.
Finally, the heroes combine their abilities to protect themselves with shields and use a pulse bomb and Mei’s cryo-pack to create a bomb that freezes the giant mech.

Here’s what the gameplay looks like: In a second trailer, Blizzard showcases the first gameplay. It shows countless Omnics overrunning cities, being fought off by the known heroes of Overwatch. This already hints at some of the features for Overwatch 2:
When is Overwatch 2 coming out? So far, no release date for Overwatch 2 is known. However, the first missions and maps were already playable at Blizzcon.
Another leak talks about a new game at BlizzCon. It looks like Blizzard will announce an “Auto Chess” game in the Hearthstone universe.
The last hours before BlizzCon are running, and with them, the leaks and speculations are in full swing. More and more seemingly real information is surfacing, and many of the highlights of this year’s fair are probably already known. However, a new clue now suggests that Blizzard will announce another game: An “Auto Chess” in the Hearthstone universe.
What has been said? Daniel Ahmad (known on Twitter and in forums as “ZhugeEx”) has proven many times in the past that he has many insider sources and often knows information from the video game industry before publishers release it. He has now commented on Hearthstone on Twitter, saying, “the next expansion looks pretty good. It deals with dragons, focusing on Galakrond as a special hero card for ‘evil’ classes.” He is referring to this new expansion.

But that’s not all. Shortly thereafter, he added: “I should note that the Hearthstone expansion is not the only new Hearthstone content being revealed.” He also posted a stock photo of a large chessboard, leaving little room for interpretation. Because the “Auto Chess” genre has grown significantly in recent months.
Why Hearthstone? Why Blizzard chose Hearthstone as the source material for an “Auto Chess” game seems obvious—if the leak is true. This essentially provides the entire Warcraft lore as a backdrop, allowing the use of heroes and characters from it.
Hearthstone has many colorful characters that could be used.
Additionally, an “Auto Chess” could fit into the world of Hearthstone as one of the games played in the tavern. With a casual, colorful setting, the game would then appeal to a large potential player base.
At BlizzCon 2019, the next expansion of World of Warcraft was revealed. We will tell you what to expect in “Shadowlands.”
BlizzCon 2019 has begun and the opening ceremony is in full swing. Many innovations are being presented, among them the curtain has finally been lifted for the next expansion of World of Warcraft. With the next addon of WoW, we are going to the “Shadowlands”! The first trailer shows an epic battle between Sylvanas and Bolvar.

What is shown in the trailer? Blizzard has released a thick cinematic in which Sylvanas takes on the current Lich King Bolvar. The battle is in full swing and seems balanced – until Sylvanas gains the upper hand. She manages to overcome and chain the Lich King. Subsequently, she steals his helm, the Helm of Domination.
Bolvar warns Sylvanas that the power of the helm would be an eternal prison for her. But instead of putting on the helm and exposing herself to eternal damnation, she breaks the helm, thus destroying it. In doing so, she tears a rift in the fabric of the world, the entire sky shatters and opens the gateway to the “Shadowlands” – the realm of death of World of Warcraft.
This is our entry into the Shadowlands, the “Shadowlands,” in which the next expansion will take place.
What are the Shadowlands? In the Shadowlands, one finds the souls of the dead. But also the Val’kyr and other entities, such as spirit healers, come from this world. It is essentially a “new continent” with many new zones, completely new species, and many new races and enemies that players can encounter. More on this coming soon.
What are your first impressions of the cinematic? Do you like what you’ve seen?
During BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard finally introduced Diablo 4, which fans have been waiting for months. Here is what we know about the release, beta, content, and more.
What will Diablo IV be like? As mentioned in numerous leaks, Blizzard’s new ARPG will be much darker than Diablo 3. The colorful aesthetics and the bright overall look were often points of criticism from players who were not fond of D3.

A new antagonist: The new title in the series takes place four years after Diablo 3. Now Lilith enters the scene, she is the daughter of Mephisto – rumors claim she is the mother of all humans.
At the start, Blizzard briefly introduced the three classes Sorcerer, Barbarian, and Druid. What the classes can do, you can see here:
An open world: In Diablo 4, you can choose how to play in the open world. The five regions are seamlessly connected and can be played in any order. There will even be world bosses waiting for you in the open world.
There are mounts: With your mounts, you travel from zone to zone.
For what platforms is Diablo 4 being released? Blizzard announced D4 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
What happened before? Before the official reveal of Diablo 4, some leaks were already circulating. An art book mentioned Diablo IV for the first time, and later on one page of this book, Lilith was shown, who is said to play an exciting role in D4.
Before BlizzCon, several people gathered to voice their displeasure. This is about the “Liberation of Hong Kong” and protests against Blizzard’s decisions.
A few weeks ago, we reported on the “Blitzchung” incident surrounding Hearthstone. At that time, a professional player was thrown out of the league and his prize money was withheld because he had expressed support for the protests in Hong Kong during a stream. Even though the punishment was later softened, it was a sign for many that Blizzard is bending over backwards for China.
Many shitstorms and announcements for protests at BlizzCon 2019 followed. These have now begun.

What is happening there? In front of the Convention Center in Anaheim, several people have gathered to lead the protests. According to local reports, they are distributing free t-shirts to everyone. The t-shirts feature prints like “Free Hongkong, Revolution of our times”, but Mei is also frequently depicted.
Is more happening? Whether the number of protesters will increase remains to be seen. After all, it is still morning in America. More people might gather throughout the day to voice their displeasure with Blizzard’s decisions.

The dataminers state that the list may not yet be complete. Since it is a leak, some of the quests may also be changed.
Are the quests worth it? Anyone participating in the event should complete the quests to fully experience the event and collect as many rewards as possible. However, many of you may not want to participate at all:
In Fortnite, on October 31, 2019, patch 11.10.1 was released for Xbox One, Mac, and Android, which needed to be downloaded. Today, the patch is available for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. However, what has changed in the game? There are no patch notes.
What kind of patch is this? Epic surprisingly released patch 11.10.1 yesterday on three platforms. Today it is also available on PS4, iOS, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, there are again no patch notes for it.
Only the update itself was announced by FortniteStatus on Twitter and that it needed to be downloaded.

How big is the update? According to user reports, the update is about 270 MB in size on PC.
What changes in the game? Officially, it is not clear what exactly the patch changes in the game. It was only mentioned in the announcement that it would likely fix a cosmetic issue.
Unfortunately, it is not known exactly which cosmetic issue it pertains to.
It could be that the patch addresses a problem with the islands in Creative mode. They had a higher memory requirement since the last update. This issue was, according to Twitter, resolved shortly after the new update was installed.
However, it is not entirely clear if this was the “cosmetic problem”.
Epic Games has been rather sparing with patch notes since the new chapter, making a secret of the changes in the game.
What does the community hope for from the patch?
What do players wish for right now? Under the post by FortniteStatus announcing the update, there are some comments from players expressing their thoughts on the patch.
Some players are hoping for a fix for FPS and they write:
“I hope this fixes the FPS on PS4.”
“Please tell me the update fixes the FPS for iOS!”
“Constant 60 FPS on PS4?”
One player complains about stuttering when jumping out of the Battle Bus. He says:
“Is there a way to remove the stuttering that makes me feel sick when jumping out of the bus? If it’s supposed to simulate the wind, then it’s an unnecessary feature.”
What do you wish for from this patch? Do you also have problems in the game that need to be fixed?
The development of Anthem does not look good at all. Two people were primarily responsible for pulling it out of the dirt since May. However, they have resigned.
This is the situation: A few months ago, it became known that the original team of Anthem in Edmonton had completed the game’s development and had largely turned to new tasks. They have since been working on a new Dragon Age. This was planned from the beginning.
The development of Anthem should now take place primarily in Austin, Texas. There is the studio for BioWare that has already worked on Star Wars: The Old Republic. With the change of location, the heads of development were also supposed to be exchanged.
This is Mark Darrah, who was the head of Anthem before and during the release.
According to a report from Kotaku, the team in Austin was really excited about the task and thought they could approach it with fresh ideas.
When fans expressed concerns, one of the new executives reassured the fans.

This was the announcement in May: On May 3rd, Chad Robertson tweeted: He and Ben Irving were working together with a large team to improve Anthem. They felt 100% committed to Anthem. However, they wanted to reveal details only when they were ready.
Ben Irving was the lead producer for Anthem at the time, thus responsible for organizational matters.
Chad Robertson was the head of live service at BioWare, so he would have been responsible for the content.
This was Ben Irving during his appearance at E3.
This is what happened next: We reported on August 16 that Ben Irving is leaving BioWare. He had previously made vague statements about future intentions regarding Anthem at E3.
Now Chad Robertson also announces that he is leaving BioWare after 14 years.
Thus, the two people who were primarily responsible for the further development of Anthem are gone.

Robertson states in his farewell that SWTOR, Anthem, the Austin studio, and BioWare are in good hands. Fans should expect great things from them.
How things will proceed at the moment is not entirely clear. BioWare has canceled specific future plans. This was taken care of in September by Chad Robertson through a blog post. However, he could not say much about the future.
In Destiny 2, players are disappointed by the new Exo MG Xenophage. Is the weapon really that bad, or is there a bug? Bungie comments on it.
Since the last major content update, players can earn the new Shadowkeep exotic Xenophage. However, it is not really convincing at the moment.
The weapon is tied to a lengthy quest. During the quest, you have to visit the new dungeon “Grube der Ketzerei“. The dungeon was also newly added as content to Destiny 2. Additionally, the update introduced the Halloween event Festival of the Lost and the PvE activity Spukforst.
What makes the insect MG special: The weapon belongs in the power slot and requires heavy ammunition to fire its devastating solar rounds. For an MG, the new rate of fire of 120 is very slow (almost 4 times faster shoots the popular MG Hammerhead). However, the impact is at the maximum limit of 100/100.
Targeting – increases the already high range when aiming (71/100)
Large Caliber Rounds – shots push enemies back further
Bad or Bugged?
Here’s how the weapon performs: In no area of Destiny 2 can the exotic MG really convince. In PvE, the weapon only has a too small magazine and low ammunition reserves. The damage can’t really make up for that.
Moreover, Xenophage cannot deal crit damage. No matter where you hit the enemy (body or headshot), the damage is always the same. Typically, critical hits give a decent multiplier.
In PvP, one shot causes 150 damage to enemy guardians. Not so bad, but you only get very little ammunition. In the 6-vs-6 modes, there are only three shots per heavy box. That’s enough to eliminate 1.5 guardians in the virtual afterlife (a guardian has about 200 health points).
In the following video by Ehroar (Clan Redeem), the strengths and weaknesses of the MG are closely examined:

Should the weapon be that bad? Players are actively discussing whether the new exotic might be bugged or just simply bad. For many guardians, it is not worth completing the long and complicated quest series.
You have expressed your opinions on Mein-MMO:
I was looking forward to a cool MG and in the end something like this awaits me? Hmm, so if I read the previous opinions, I’ll save my time for the quest. It’s not what I expected from an exotic MG.
Some guardians assume that the weapon does not function as intended and therefore performs so poorly. Some guardians speculate that a bug may have crept into the BUG-MG:
The insect MG is bugged. Fits, right? Oh yes, typical Bungie..
I checked with the team on this. The fact that Xenophage does not do precision damage is not a bug and by design. However, the weapon is unintentionally underperforming and we are currently investigating. Thanks for the feedback and feel free to share any additional thoughts you have.
The employee noted that he and the [Bungie] team have reviewed the situation. The lack of precision damage [from Xenophage] is not a bug, but a design decision. Furthermore, Cozmo added that the weapon is underperforming as intended, and this is currently being investigated. He thanked everyone for the feedback and encouraged everyone to share their opinions.
Do you still have hope for the new MG Xenophage? Should it go into the exotic slot or rather in the vault? How another Shadowkeep exotic performs, you can read here:
While the Halloween event Bloody Harvest is currently ongoing in Borderlands 3, Gearbox is already preparing the next big update “Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite.” There are first insights into new shields, weapons, and bosses.
What is this update about? The Maliwan Takedown (or Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite) was introduced in the Borderlands Show on October 29.
These new weapons are coming: In the Maliwan Takedown, you will visit a new map where the first “takedown” takes place – repeatable content that offers special loot. The first known weapons include:
Auditing Executive Redistributor (formerly rare, now legendary): an SMG with 126% Cryo effectiveness and the ability to slow down enemies.
Double-Penetrating Shredded Tiggs’ Boom (legendary): A shotgun that is particularly effective against flesh.
However, the update will not only bring weapons but also some new legendary shields. You can take a first look at the new items in the video embedded here:

In Fortnite there is a new Halloween skin for the Fortnitemares 2019 that looks quite funny. However, when you look at the story behind this skin, it becomes quite creepy and questionable.
What kind of skin is this? It is about the skin: Bone-Shali. Shali has been known since Season 8 because he was available in the Battle Pass there. Shali is a cheerful banana and looks quite funny.
During Halloween, Shali has returned. However, he is now half skeleton and you can see his intestines.
Epic even released a trailer to announce the new skin:

What kind of story is this? You already know them from Seasons 8 and 9. The Shali skin was available in the Battle Pass of Season 8.
In the trailer for Season 9, you saw them running away from the eruption of the volcano. They then hid in a bunker. Together they played a few games and then wanted to eat something. However, there was nothing in the fridge.
The bunker was then opened by other skins, and they found themselves in the future. Jonesy held a drink cup in his hand, from which he drank, and inside was Shali as a banana shake.

Why is the story now creepy? When you now look at the story of Shali and Jonesy and consider that Jonesy drank him, it becomes quite confusing.
The Bone-Shali shows the inside of the “banana.” One could assume that there is a banana shake in the cup. However, the Bone-Shali shows that inside there are bones and intestines.
What did Jonesy drink? Was it not a banana shake but rather a juice made of bones and intestines? The thought sounds quite gruesome and disgusting.
Although the skin looks quite funny, the story fits perfectly into the creepy Halloween time.
