Rules for homeowners

Benefits of houses
What are houses for? Game Director Scot Lane revealed to us in an interview what houses have to offer. One of the most important features are possible buffs.
Some of the items you can find, craft, or buy in the open world grant you buffs. These make combat easier by granting you advantages against certain types of opponents or bonuses to crafting.
However, you can only place a limited number of such items in the house. You have to consider which buffs you need at the moment.
Houses are also used for: Apart from buffs, houses give you the opportunity to set them as a retreat point. You can return to the house from any point in the world.
This function is similar to known items and abilities like “scrolls of the city portal,” “return,” or “rest stones.”
However, exactly how the retreat works has not been explained. It is likely that it is a spell with a multiple-second duration, not a spontaneous ability to flee directly from a fight.
Housing with “PvP”: Only the most beautiful are visible

Season 20 begins with patch 2.6.8 in Diablo 3. It features 3 new sets for Wizard, Witch Doctor, and Barbarian – These were modified based on PTR feedback.
What are these sets? Diablo 3 is providing a round of new sets for all its classes. In the latest patch, version 2.6.8, three new sets are being introduced.
Where was the feedback? Patch 2.6.8 was tested on the Diablo 3 PTR servers for about 2 weeks before it made its way to the live servers.
The PTR servers are intended for thorough testing of new updates with the help of players, to exclude significant bugs or balancing issues before the update is officially released for everyone.
What has changed? Blizzard had to make significant adjustments to the Wizard, Witch Doctor, and Barbarian classes. Some modifications to the new sets or other relevant items were made for the live servers.

Witch Doctor – Mundunugu’s Ornat
Spirit Barrage with Phantasm: The plan was for this attack to attack twice as slowly, but it would be twice as powerful. However, Blizzard had to revert the changes due to resulting bugs.
Mundunugu’s Ornat: For the new set, Blizzard is adjusting the 6-piece bonus. It became too powerful with game progression at some point. The compromise now is that it remains strong even with less gear, but its scaling loses some efficiency.
Before: Spirit Barrage deals increased damage equal to fifty times your mana regeneration per second.
Now: Spirit Barrage deals 20,000% increased damage and additionally deals damage equal to five times your mana regeneration per second.

Set bonus 2 pieces: Big Bad Voodoo follows you now and lasts twice as long.
Set bonus 4 pieces: When you enter the Spirit Realm, your damage taken is reduced by 60% for 30 seconds.
Set bonus 6 pieces: Spirit Barrage deals 20,000% increased damage plus additional damage equal to five times your mana regeneration per second.
The Typhon’s Veil: The damage bonus of the new set should now focus more on the 6-piece bonus than on accompanying gear.
Before: Hydras deal 1,000% increased damage per living Hydra head.
Now: Hydras deal 1,300% increased damage per living Hydra head.

This is how Skill Tiers work: The skill tier is determined by the number of gear pieces with the core attribute “skill tier.” Additionally, you can increase the skill tiers for a short period with certain talents. Each piece provides a maximum of one “skill tier” per piece. The specialization “Technician” comes with an ability that already grants you one skill level.

There are a total of 6 Skill Tiers. So if you have equipped 6 gear pieces, each granting you +1 skill tier, you have reached the 6th and final skill tier. Beyond this cap, you can only increase it with the so-called Overcharge mechanic, a kind of 7th tier, but more on that later.
As your tier increases, you unlock certain bonuses for your skills that will be available to you permanently. These vary from skill to skill, but in general, it can be said – the higher the tier, the more powerful your skills become.

The Overcharge Effect – This makes skills even more powerful
What is Overcharge? The Overcharge effect is essentially a kind of seventh skill tier. When Overcharge is reached, the bonus effects of your equipped skills are greatly amplified for a short duration.
However, the Overcharge effect is only temporary and cannot be maintained permanently. Even if the skill is used with Overcharge or activated, the massive bonus is only temporary.
For example: If the shock trap is used during Overcharge, it receives, among other things, a larger radius than it would have at skill tier 6. When the Overcharge effect ends, the shock trap does not disappear, but its radius shrinks to the size corresponding to your respective skill tier.
How to achieve Overcharge? The Overcharge status can be triggered when you exceed the skill cap (skill tier 6). This is only possible through certain talents on some gear pieces – for example, through the new exotic backpack Acosta’s Go-Bag. Some talents also offer the possibility to go directly from lower tiers into the Overcharged mode – like with the revamped exotic BTSU Data Gloves from Year 1.

With Acosta’s Go-Bag, you can move from skill tier 6 into Overcharge. The exotic backpack has the perk One in Hand. This means you receive +1 to your skill tier for 15 seconds if you hit an enemy with a grenade. If you are already at skill tier 6 (The backpack itself provides +1 skill tier as a core attribute), the Overcharge effect comes into play.
Overcharge can also be achieved through other gear pieces, including a regular backpack – although it works differently (through the use of repair kits) than with the exotic.
This is what Overcharge does in detail: As mentioned before, the already powerful bonus effects of skill tier 6 are significantly boosted by Overcharge.

Twitch has banned “Call of Duty” streamer and trick shooter Carl Riemer. He streamed while intoxicated and fired a pistol at his desk. He now says the mistake has ruined his perfect life.
This is why the streamer was banned: Carl Riemer was joking around in his Twitch stream. He picked up a pistol, a Glock, and casually unholstered it. Later he explained: he had been intoxicated.

The legendary cloak Ashjra’kamas is a fixture in the current World of Warcraft . It was introduced with Patch 8.3 Visions of N’Zoth and is a must-have for every player to wear corrupted items. At the same time, its item level surpasses all other cloaks, making it virtually unmatched.
However, even after reaching the maximum rank, Rank 15, you can further upgrade your cloak. We will reveal how to do this and what you need to do.

How can you upgrade the cloak? First, you need to upgrade your cloak to Rank 15. This can be done through the Disturbing Visions. Currently, you can complete a quest each week, so you will reach Rank 15 in the WoW week starting March 18, 2020.
After that, you must complete one of two activities each week to obtain a “Malevolent Core”:
Defeat N’Zoth the Corruptor on normal, heroic, or mythic (LFR does not count).
This is what the upgrade brings: Each further upgrade with a “Malevolent Core” increases the corruption resistance of the cloak by 3 points. Gradually, your resistance to corruption thus increases further and allows you to wear more corrupted items without experiencing the negative consequences.
You can also kill N’Zoth for an upgrade.
How often can the cloak be upgraded? The upgrade of Ashjra’kamas is possible 25 times after reaching Rank 15. Thus, you increase your corruption resistance from 50 to a total of 125. Additionally, with the correct essence in the Heart of Azeroth, you achieve a total resistance of 135.
What happens if you miss a week? Anyone who falls behind in upgrading the cloak and misses a week can catch up the following week. However, they will need to complete both activities (Disturbing Vision and N’Zoth) to receive 2 Malevolent Cores.
