What is Prestige? In Hunt: Showdown, you level up a bloodline regardless of your individual hunters. You start at level 1 and can level up to 100. During these level-ups, you unlock numerous new weapons, items, and tools that make life in the Bayou a little easier.

What do we like about the controller? The controller is very compact and suitable for travel. Setup works without issues, and the device is recognized immediately if controller support is available.
Since the controller connects to your mobile device via USB-C, there is virtually no latency. This is also an advantage compared to controllers that rely on Bluetooth or wireless connections.
The buttons of the controller feel precise. As it follows the common Xbox design, all buttons are easily accessible. With the rounded corners, the Kishi also feels good in the hand during longer gaming sessions.
What didn’t work out so well? The build quality does not always convince us. Razer primarily uses plastic. The two halves of the controller are connected by a type of leather strap. This works perfectly. Other manufacturers opt for a stable mount on the back. It’s a bit disappointing that the manufacturer relies only on plastic. As a result, the grips feel a bit hard and provide no grip.

Why is the offer worth it? The Razer Kishi usually costs 89.99 euros. At this price, we find the Kishi a bit too expensive as the build quality doesn’t fully convince, and other controllers appear to be of higher quality.

Michael “shroud” Grzesiek made a name for himself as a “human aimbot” in Counter Strike. However, in 2018 he ended his e-sports career and became a full-time streamer. Now, however, he joined a team in Valorant. Although he is already older and has never played Valorant competitively, a teammate is sure that he will deliver a strong performance.
However, things are not looking good for his team at the moment. They have already missed the direct qualification for the Champions 2022. Here, OpTic Gaming and XSET managed to secure their spots. Instead, they now have to play in the so-called Last Chance in August.

He [shroud] is already very good at the game, without constantly playing and participating in competitions. No one can take that away from him. He is really damn good, trust me.
The streamer also benefits from the fact that he has already broadcast over 1,000 hours of Valorant on Twitch, giving him a strong foundational knowledge of maps and classes.

The streamer Tarik, also active in Valorant, explained in a video why he himself does not want to play for Sentinels. In it, he also says: “I think shroud will play really well” (via YouTube).
Even in the comments on the Sentinels video, there are many fans who believe in a comeback for shroud. One user writes: “Surely he doesn’t have the sharpest reflexes anymore, but he has a damn big brain. Anyone who has followed shroud for years knows that. In a good team, he can change things in no time.”
Are there critical voices? Yes. Some users in the comments on YouTube see shroud’s signing as a PR move. Sentinels is one of the most well-known teams in Valorant but had no significant success to report this year and is unlikely to qualify for the Champions 2022. At least the team got a lot of attention.
Valorant caster RyanCentral sees it the same way. He wrote (via Twitter):
Signing shroud brings Sentinels more than a victory in the Last Chance or even winning the Champions. I both love and hate that.
He justifies this by stating that a new American league is being founded in 2023, in which only certain franchises can participate, like in the LCS or LEC in League of Legends. With shroud, Sentinels increases their value for that.
However, the gameplay aspect is also criticized:
Some label him as “overrated”
Others say he was once good, but is no longer.
So far, there have been few evaluations from other Valorant professionals, but a few ironic remarks. Jaccob “yay” Whiteaker from Team OpTic Gaming said in an interview: “After we got the news [about shroud’s return], we as a team decided to give up. Because now all teams are only playing for second place” (via YouTube).

How is shroud performing in Valorant right now? Pretty well. Just on July 11th, he made headlines by achieving three “wall bangs” in a row. This involves killing opponents through walls without having visibility on them.

Buying a car is usually an expensive affair. For a car with numerous functions, you often pay many thousands of euros and usually, you have to decide right away whether you want to pay an additional price for certain features.
The manufacturer BMW has now come up with something special. Because certain functions can only be used if you pay a subscription fee. This is likely to remind some of you of your nightmares about MMORPGs. Pay2Win like in Diablo Immortal is particularly hated among gamers, and soon you can at least gain a nasty advantage over your “opponents” in traffic with your seat heating.

Where can you find this at all? The new offers from BMW are now available in the manufacturer’s digital store. In countries like the UK, Germany, New Zealand, or South Africa, you can now subscribe for your BMW. You can find the offer directly on the BMW website.
By the way, the subscription feature is not entirely new: According to TheVerge, BMW has been relying on such microtransactions since 2020 and is gradually expanding the portfolio behind the “paywall.” With its latest update in the shop, BMW has added the subscription for the seat heating. And many users are upset about this. Because the function is already built into the car and only unlocked through the subscription.
How does it work exactly? The manufacturer has built a software lock into its cars. This lock prevents you from using certain functions. Game developers do this too: You first have to pay a certain amount to access a special merchant or a crafting bag.
If you now want to use the seat heating or a driving assistant, you have to pay a subscription of 17 euros per month in BMW’s store. For other functions, fees between 9 and 20 euros are also due.

What is currently unclear? Neither from the store nor from the comments of the angry users is it clear how the price of the subscription is composed. Some at least hope that the base price of the car will decrease when they have to pay for a subscription.

Why are so many users upset about this? Functions like seat heating are already built into many cars. In theory, you have therefore paid for the hardware with the car purchase, but cannot use the function because it is locked behind software. A user writes on reddit:
Imagine spending more than 50,000 US dollars on a car, only for them to cheat you with microtransactions for a damn seat heater.
Others see it even more drastically and no longer consider it a microtransaction, but rather a common method to squeeze money out of customers:
It is no longer a microtransaction. That’s about 216 dollars before taxes per year. What if you drive conservatively and keep the car for about 13 years? That’s almost 3,000 dollars just to warm your butt for half a year.
There is certainly understanding that manufacturers want to charge a fee for the use of current GPS data or maps. Because the effort involved in the updated data should also be compensated.

In Lost Ark the weekly update is scheduled for today, July 13. After the major June update two weeks ago, this time it is only medium-sized bug fixes. We at MeinMMO summarize everything.
Update 17:09: The Europe West region is back online after a restart. All European servers are ready again, so you can loot!
What’s included in the update? Just two weeks ago, on June 30, the major June update was released with plenty of new content. Accordingly, the weekly update on July 13 is also rather small. The focus is on bug fixes in Lost Ark.
Two bugs related to the Dance Queen Rekiel are being fixed. Her fight previously caused a stir because a mechanic was not working correctly and the event boss dealt too much damage at times. Besides that, there’s also a technical fix that caused a black screen.
What else is coming? Practically in the same breath, the MMORPG announced via Twitter that the July update is already set to appear next week. There was a teaser showing the new Arcana class, paired with the text “July 20” (via Twitter).
So we can assume that some changes are being made in the backend tomorrow to prepare for the July update. That would explain the long downtime for the relatively few changes.

The next WoW expansion Dragonflight may not have many large features, but it does have a few fine highlights. One of them is the new race of Dracthyr, which will be playable on the Dragon Isles. A completely new race naturally requires numerous customization options and the bipedal dragon descendants really have a lot to offer.
What are the Dracthyr? Dracthyr are a new playable race in Dragonflight that can only choose a single class – Evoker. They count as a hero class and thus start at a high level to seamlessly enter the story of Dragonflight. Dracthyr have both a humanoid form and a dragon form that is always active in combat (like Worgen).

Dracthyr are the first race with different bodies: A small but quite interesting detail is that the Dracthyr can choose different body shapes. There are a total of 4 different options, ranging from “somewhat slender” to “quite muscular”. In a small video from Blizzard, you can see the different options. At first glance, the deviation may seem small, but especially when comparing option 1 and option 4, the differences become quite apparent.
Some hope that other races will also get such options retroactively, to play somewhat slighter human mages or somewhat stronger blood elves.

If you play Lost Ark, you have surely heard of the Power Passes. Now there is a new event that offers such a pass along with a new Express Event aimed at luring you back into the game. We at MeinMMO will explain how it works.
What kind of event is this? With the upcoming update on July 20, Lost Ark is bringing back an Express Event as well as a new Power Pass. This time, these two elements will work together better than last time.
The mechanics themselves remain similar. The new pass will now take you directly behind the story of Punika and to Gearscore 1,302. The prerequisite is that you already have at least one character that has been at this point in the game.
Once you are at 1,302, the new Express Event kicks in and catches you up. The “Hyper Express Event” is practically a continuation of the Super Express Event and is meant to help you overcome the former “Dead Zone” between 1,302 and 1,370. Many players exited right there, according to Amazon.
During this, you will have to complete some tasks on a kind of checklist and receive a massive amount of upgrade materials, which will make it much easier for you to achieve Item Level 1,370. So the July update gives you a character in the true endgame of the MMORPG.
However, for the new Legion Raid Vykas, you will need Gearscore 1,430:

How to Redeem the Bonuses
How the Power Pass Works: The new Punika Power Pass works exactly as you are used to from the previous ones. The key point this time is that you must have completed the story of Punika. This is relatively far along in the game. However, if you have already completed it with one character, the pass gives you a second one.
You will then receive the pass via in-game mail as soon as the event starts. If you complete Punika within the event period, you will receive the mail afterwards. Once you have the pass in your inventory, you need to use it to assign it to your account.
In your account’s character overview, you can then click on a character of your choice that is not yet at Level 1,302 and use the Power Pass directly. You don’t have to log in with the character for this. It will then receive equipment with Gearscore 1,302, has completed the Punika Story and all main quests for it.
How the Hyper Express Event Works: The new “Hyper Express Event” is heavily based on the previously known Express Event. Again, there are various tasks to complete that allow you to earn plenty of rewards. However, it is currently unknown if there will be bonus chances for upgrading items again.

You can activate this event once on any character that has reached Gearscore 1,302. It remains active until you have surpassed Item Level 1,370. In the last event, you could change the character on which the event runs afterwards, but only because it was not communicated well before the event.
We can assume that this will not be possible this time.
You Cannot Save the Event
How long does it last? An exact duration for the event and the Power Pass is not yet known. Community manager Roxx has already confirmed in the forum that no new class will be released during the event period for which you can save your event.
Since Lost Ark has already announced that a new class will be brought into the game every two months, we can currently assume that the event will end at the latest with the September update. You will need to choose a class that is currently in the game. The Arcana, which will be released in July, would be a good choice.
What does the event bring? The event is criticized in the Lost Ark forums. Players complain that it will not bring in new people to the game. Roxx responded that this is not the goal of the event. They want to bring back people who have already reached T3 and then stopped playing. The Express Event is also meant to help those who never reached the Boss Argos.
For hardcore players, it is simply a free “alt character” that can be played alongside to farm materials. Western players have used these alternative characters the least of all versions of Lost Ark so far. Here, too, Amazon wants to lend a helping hand, according to Roxx.
