On the official website of Aion, it is mentioned that the maintenance might last 2 hours. In that case, the servers would be back online by 2:45 PM. On Steam, it says 1 hour instead. All we can do now is: wait and tick!

As part of the maintenance, the developers want to not only improve server stability. The second ToDo revolves around wings:
- The flying power of the 4 wings available through quests has been increased by 500 each (a total of 2,000).

- Buyers of the founder package can now also use skins, titles, and other items for other characters and on other servers.
- Buyers of the founder package can acquire items they do not yet own for free according to their founder package level in the special shop.
- The free, special shop for the founder package is available to all characters on all servers until a closure announcement is made.
- Items you already own from your founder package will not be purchased again; if you have duplicate items in your inventory, we plan to add a function that allows you to dispose of them at a later date.
- Skins you receive twice through the special founder package shop do not count toward the purchase limit for paid skins. A fix to prevent duplicate entries is planned for a future update.
- If you cannot complete the purchase process for the founder package, please close the client and try again.
- A weekly limit of 20 conversions per server will be introduced in the conversion formula for converting “Wings (Sealed)” into “Enhancement Stones”.
- The drop rate for “Raw Leather,” which can be obtained from monsters in the “Chaotic Lower Level of Reshanta,” will be increased.
- The drop rate for “Raw Leather,” which can be obtained from monsters in “Verteron” and “Altgard,” will be increased.

Good morning, dear Daevas! Today there is an update for Aion 2, which is also associated with server maintenance.
This will start at 8:30 AM CEST and is planned to last until 12:30 PM CEST.
During this time, you unfortunately cannot play. We are here for you in the live ticker and will let you know when you can get back into the game.
When will the servers go offline? Maintenance will begin at 8:30 AM CEST on October 7, 2026.
What will happen then? From this point on, you will no longer be able to play and will be kicked out of the game. During maintenance, you will also not be able to reconnect.
How long will the maintenance last? For Europe, a maintenance duration of 3.5 hours is scheduled, as NCSoft reveals via Steam. The servers should be accessible again from 12:00 PM. However, the developers point out that changes may occur.

Many players are now slowly reaching the endgame, especially those who started playing during Early Access.
