Speaking of Yoda. The small, green Jedi Master was on the planet Kashyyyk when Order 66 was executed. The clone commander wanted to eliminate Yoda immediately, but the Jedi got to him first and made short work of the soldiers.
A rescue pod eventually helped him escape. Afterwards, he met Bail Organa. What’s particularly significant about Yoda is that he felt the effects of Order 66 deeply in his heart. He sensed a tremendous disturbance in the Force and was very affected by it. In the end, he retreated to Dagobah to live in exile. After all, he found another purpose by training Luke.
