Who is it about? Arda Saatci is a German content creator who uploads his fitness content on both Twitch and YouTube. He gained fame primarily with his fitness challenge, where he ran from Berlin to New York in 2024.
During that time, he was continuously live on Twitch. In the following years, Arda completed more challenges of this nature. He is now facing a similar jogging challenge again, but under much tougher conditions.
What kind of challenge is this? Since May 5, 2026, Arda has been live on Twitch to document his run from the so-called Death Valley in California to Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles. This is a distance of about 600 km that Arda is supposed to run live on his Twitch channel within 96 hours.
The Twitch streamer is putting himself under extreme conditions. The heat in these regions of the USA can exceed 50 degrees Celsius. Arda must therefore be very careful not to dehydrate and to consume enough calories.
The time limit means that Arda may not be able to rest completely. At times, he can only sleep for a few hours before having to continue running. In general, the physical strain is very high, and he had to prepare intensively for the challenge in the days prior. He documented this on his YouTube channel in videos.
Arda is supported by a massive organization in the background, sponsored by Red Bull, as the fitness project is part of this year’s season of Red Bull Cyborg.
52,000 viewers watch the streamer while jogging
How is the challenge received? The fitness challenge is very well received by the community. Under his announcement video on YouTube, Arda was flooded with comments. According to SullyGnome, Arda had an average of over 52,000 viewers on Twitch in the last 3 days.
